life might lead on like a patterned string
in avalanches of winters and spatters of spring
but I still don't know why the blackbird sings

She swoops and jives on sinatra's swing
but her eyebags halo like saturn's rings
and she patters around on tattered wings
purposefully hunting for the wasps sting
but why the blacker the bird the sweeter the sing

and its like through all that clattering
she can't hear she matters more than every thing
blackbirds eat wasps

Silent baby
Love alone, don’t worry other people
About your tears
Silent hill, but somehow it tells me to look down
Just to imagine how it looks if I jumped to this beautiful shore
So blue to you if you’re so shallow
It’s dark to me but, that excites me
Where the real colors are
Don’t show me just a painting, tell me all about the emotions
Tell me that you cried once or twice
I really don’t care I just want to write about it.
the waves brush steadily along the beach
while gulls glide just inches above
the Sun still hot this September morning
but I have departed and can only feel the warmth of these seven days behind me
the imprints where I walked now windswept and smooth
the road becomes shorter to home
more distant from this place I so dearly love
a piece of me stays each time I leave
these beautiful shores
these quiet days
these Outer Banks
oldie - I feel a connection like no other with these shores. not sure why...but I feel I've been coming here for centuries

Monsters
Bigger than life
Eternally reasoning
The profits of strife
Wars in the badlands
Guns on the streets
So many monsters
Roaming the world free

Cowards
Living in fear
Fighting the monsters
Year after year
On guard all the time
An eye stuck open at night
No sooner we walk
Then run for our life's

A cloud of unrest
Sets on our minds
Because monsters
And cowards
Are one of a kind
.................

Human!

“i guess i’ll see you again real soon.”

the moon said

as it lets out a tiring but content sigh.

“yes,

my great companion.

for now,

rest.

you have work again tomorrow.”

the sun replied.

“till the next eclipse?”

the moon asked longingly.

the sun smiled,

as its eyes

followed the moon’s

light go dimmer,

it lets out a calm response,

“till the next eclipse.”

The best drug in the world
Are not the ones you inhale, smoke or stick a needle in your arm
It is a drug more addictive then coco

Kills you faster then a overdoes
You can never overdoes it
But it gets you high immediately
When it gets in your system

You can't go to rehab for it
Cause you will keep going back to it
Everyone I know is addicted to it Including  me

Somepeople want it so badly
But others are tired of it
Since its been killing them
You wonder what drug this is

Some of you call it
Infatuation,caring,
Being there for someone everyday
But we simply call it love
These poem is suppose to show the love is the best thing to have in life and it's considered as a drug cause everyone is one it
The way you smiled at me
almost had me believe
that I mattered
again
