Romantism at most and best a twenty hours high long and wide with hand to heart i stand and souls to mind so pleased to have to be mine. Let me.

Hope you havent insulted by the way of my habit to force the willed. Let me inside give power to hungry for love, with grace i am at most pleased.

Three steps to learn to teach to cry and dance the sad dance of gods i was called and thrilled first a little sting as pain turns to releave and stay pleased.

For a promise to be given all of everything to last the least a way to fall in love a chance to get addicted in line stone wise men breaking and crushing.

Drinking wine am told that brings death to ones it doesnt fear, am drunk to have what to put the blame on once the welcome is overstayed. Well be.

I remember not fondly
For she started as  friend
The became an enemy
With a few words said
The black mailing started
To hurt me
But my friends the most
Only to find out
That she was supposed to be
Of integrity
Little of that she had

Galileo looked
Up towards the ageing stars
Timeless in wisdom.

I was looking up at the stars thinking about all of the amazing things we have learnt over the centuries about the great and mesmerising cosmos - then this little gem came to me.
Enjoy :)

They don't know what to do
When I say I'm a Witch.
Blank stares and fake laughter
As the words just roll
Like honey from my lips.

I'm not afraid to admit
Out loud my descent.
I take pride in being a line
Of Healers and Wise Women
Who knew secrets of the Earth
And took care of their tribe.

The ones burned at the stake
Because of fear and greed
Will live on inside of me.
Through my work
And my heart, and my hands.
For I, too, am a Witch you see.

A title that's blessed
For eternity-
An honor, royal, full of dignity.
There's no shame to claiming
My Heritage.
For it beats loudly in my chest.

Natural remedies come easily
A gift that I possess.
Potions made from oils
Healing herbs and crystals
Stored inside my mind,
While Mother Earth does all the rest.

So I dare you to look past your fear
And deep inside my eyes
Where secrets of ancient Wisdom lies.
Maybe then you'll start to feel the truth
When I tilt my chin to proudly proclaim:
Why yes, actually I am a Witch.
(Sister, so are you.)

a fog, i saw,
in the mist of night.
humble, it led me
to the ***** of the beast -
who pet me, and held me, and licked me,
until it, and i, were one.
my restless heart would not let the
beast be at peace…
‘what lies into the night?’, i insisted.
‘i must know. tell me now, i say.’
and the beast shook its head - nay.
‘travel not, nor inquire, into the sea of despair’,
it groaned, ‘it leads good men astray’.

‘but i’m not scared’, i said.
‘look at me… i’m you. i’m mighty.’
‘what could possibly hurt you?’
‘what could possibly hurt… us?’

‘you mistake me for my appearance, young man’,
the beast hummed from within.
‘i am but a vessel.’
‘i do not possess the might you seek.’
‘i was sculpted in your image,
and scores of such valiant seekers
who carrowed their poise for pride’.
‘but if you must -'
'i’m obliged to warn you, as they would -’
‘you may not forget what you see;’
‘you may not like what you hear;’
‘the sea is not forgiving to men
who trespass upon the realms of solitude’
‘hope you’re ready - ’
‘it gets colder as we get nearer.’

and as we passed the bay of deadly sins,
where tales of woe would barren lay -
sure enough, i heard a faint
rallying cry from far away;
‘the captain must’ve lost his wits...’,
sighed the beast -
‘his compass must’ve failed to obey.’
a requiem followed the shipwreck,
as the shallow winds kissed the
waters grey.

If id have a wish
Granted to wish
Whatever and anything
In the world
Id wish to forbide
Your heart to sorrow
And ban misary from
For once forever
And tears only of joy
I would add to the law
And hide you away
In my right pocket till
To give the rest of world
In a bag fold by fold folded
To a dot saying: return
To sender, as our little joke
To start a week id cry
To heavens a casual : agrh!
Wrong pocket! And youd smile
Unable to even recall what
that Stupid little thing we love
Even more now as a problem
Of post office to deal with
and not solve instead of us. Waitin around week by week
To creation.

It only takes a small cut
It only takes a soft word
in the right spot
  in the right ear
to sink deep
  to sink in
and scar for good.
  and bring healing.
Lessons from life.
"I can love you and still not like the choices you've made."

Did you know?
Did you know that I didn't understand when you told me these things?
That I was too caught up in teenage angst and feelings?

"You can hate me, that's okay because it isn't my job to be your friend."

Did you know?
Did you know how much it would hurt to learn these lessons?
That though you told me, I would need to live them?

"One day you'll understand, Fire Heart."

You knew.
You knew I wasn't one to take the short cut.
That some things just had to be learned the hard way.

"Life isn't always fair, Fire Heart."

You knew.
You knew how painful those lessons could be.
That's why you tried to give me your hard earned cheat sheet.

"Sometimes you just have to smile until the world is bright again."

Don't worry, Mama.
You did right by me.
You gave me all the tools I ever might need.
Some I used to get to where I am,
Some I use daily to just keep me sane.
Still I know that the rest will have their time and place,
to guide me through life's maze.

"One day you'll have children of your own, you'll thank me then."

So thank you, Mama,
For not being my friend.
For raising me right so I could be the person I am.
Your wisdom is passed on as it's needed,
To the tiny people that I've created.

"You'll never know how strong you truly are until you're faced with the impossible and still refused to give up."

Thank you, Mama,
For your wise, wise words.
For the cheat sheet that you passed on with love and care.
These are the things that helped me survive,
In a world that tries to eat us alive.

"Circumstances don't define you, Fire Heart; your choices do that."
For my Mother, who put up with all my crap.
Who taught me everything I needed to know.

-Sound Advice

Listen oh reader to my advice I have for you,

You'll find it deeply unsettling but I swear it's true.

Now, I am very sorry, I hate to be that guy,

But real friends dont exist, it's all a big fat lie.

Human nature is so fickle, that's just who they are.

People come and then they go just like a shooting star.

So, do not let yourself get attached to anyone,

Treat everyone as an acquaintance under the sun.

And if you take my advice, your life will be stressfree,

No drama, no sorrow, no abuse, I guarantee.

Simple words are spoken, wise or foolish too,
Laughter or scorn, the listener's point of view.

Wisdom from simple lips, a paradox to share,
Dismissed by the wise, with no one to care.

Experts watch with critical eyes,
Foolishness implied, in simple surprise.

Let us beware, of biases we hold,
And wisdom's sources, where'er they unfold.
