Shine

In their dark
The stars shine
So why can't you shine in your own darkness
In your darkness lies the secret to your light
In your problems lie your solutions
So shine!!!shine!!!shine!!!
You don't have a choice,
No stories,
I don't care what you've been through
No apologies
It won't change what you've been through
Just shine
Let the suns rule their day
Be the star that rules your night
And when you grow bigger than the sun
You'll make your night day again
But first you must shine
Cos dead stars don't make suns
So 🌞🌞🌞

You choose to remain in the dark,
Or
You choose to shine

The Ghost and The Lesson

Lost myself, completely disarrayed.
Bent myself anyway I could.
Wish you could have stayed,
but no matter what
I will do what I should.

You said it was your time,
time to leave it all behind.
Leaving me alone to live,
live with your wise words to shine.
Remembering you gives me pain and strength
but now I'm not afraid
of what I don't know.
Thank you for understanding.
I will be living,
I will be learning,
I will be growing!

I'll go back to my roots,
and sprout up new strength;
and when I blossom again,
it'll be done beautifully,
for the bees and butterflies,
and the gardener who believed in me.

started a new job; previous job took away my spark, but it's time to shine once again. During this period, I'm glad I had great support from people around me.
