Shine Luna Shine
Shine
Shine off the years of
Agony,
Through those bars of rage
And painful plagues
Shine to the modern world,
And
Tell it to heavens gate
Shine Luna Shine
Shine
Did they break you?
Or ***** you a thousand times?
Didn't they **** you?
And make you a modern lie?
Shine Luna Shine
Shine
Shine off the evil deeds
That made you a laughing stock,
Shine off those evil words,
They told you at teenage age
Shine
Shine off the hatred
And make them roaming wretched,
Shine Luna Shine
Shine
Make them wonder
And
Ponder
Shine Luna Shine
Make them a whirling wind,
Give them nights of terror
Soar and leap like an ocean,
Swallow them deep
Take them all
As you Shine Forth
Still;
Shine Luna Shine,
Shine.
Shine
Shine off the years of

Shine on you little, dismal light
Shine on, Shine on, Shine on
Your light is but a speck in a sheet
A dot in a yellowed text book
So many like you
So little time
To become what we want
Noticeable
Your light must shine
Outshine the rest
It must shine like the sun, little light
The sun is beautiful, the brightest light of all
It is the life-giver and day-bringer
Give life, Bring day
Don't spark in the night
The dark does not foster
The shining light you will give
And you will give
Little Light

Shine on, little light
There are so many just like you
The sheet you stain is stained by many
The blanket of the sky
Shine as bright as you can
Before the sun bleaches you out
You must shine and touch a soul
Fill a heart with your little light
Shine, Shine, Shine!

Glow on me, little light
Glow a dense, fuzzy ivory
Bring your warm white to the heart of my grey
A jungle of dampness
Clean clay muddied and wet
To fade away into a drear
Eroded into black
Glow so the white revives
And purity cleanses the walkways
The haze is hard to break through
But you can do it

Fine hand Sew
Grow a vine

So harsh on so little
You are beautiful
Beautifully insignificant
I write to you in prayer
Little Light
Bring peace and tranquil
Tranquilize the blackness in my heart
Touch my soul in the way only a little light may
So small
So pure
With a divine life I can never understand
A force so powerful it can be seen so far away
Stain my sky
Bleach my night
Do not leave me be
There are so many like you, but it takes many little lights
To make something special
You are a speck on my safety blanket
When I despair
I look to you
And suddenly
I'm okay
So shine on, little light
Shine on, Shine on, Shine on
Shine on you little, dismal light

I see you crying, the pain's so deep inside,
I see your guilt and shame, you've lost all your pride.
I see you lonely, yearning to belong,
I see you lost and confused, because everything seems wrong.
Your broken heart is on your sleeve,
That no love or drug could relieve,
Oh if only there was just something to believe...
So when I'm filled with doubt, I will say this prayer,
Cuz I need to know if your light is always there...
God I'm lost and alone,
Please shine light from your throne.
I'm in need of your love,
Please shine bright from above.
God, let your light shine through me,
So all the world can see...
That more of you is all it takes for our burdens to be set free.
This is world so dark and cold,
And this sad song is getting old,
Father shine your light straight through my heart,
Let my walls fall apart,
Oh God this world needs some more of you...
Lord let your light shine through us,
To show them who we are,
God let your light take over,
So we shine just like the stars.
Cuz this world needs a little hope and love,
It needs their father from above,
Oh God this world needs a little more of you.
So when I need a helping hand, I will say this prayer, because I need to feel you're always there...
God I'm lost and alone,
Please shine light from your throne.
I'm in need of your love,
Please shine bright from above.
God, let your light shine through me,
So all the world can see...
That more of you is what we need, to be guided through eternity.
And I know that it's not easy
For us to shine for me and you.
The world around us crashes down, and we forget the word that's true.
Jesus died upon that cross
To save our sins and win our loss
In a world that needs some victory,
God will play through you and me.
Oh God, this world needs a little more of you.
Because this world's so dark and cold,
And this sad song is getting old,
Father shine your light straight through my heart,
Let my walls fall apart,
Oh God this world needs some more of you.
Your light heals the broken and the weak,
Provides any desire that we may seek,
Your light is the filler of our cup,
We won't run dry, we won't give up.
So pour your light right on us and let your grace fall like rain,
Because a little more of you is how we'll heal the pain.

When I'm hurt and I'm scarred, I will say this prayer,
Because I want your light will always be there...

That more of you is all it takes to be a brand new me.
Because this world's so dark and cold,
And this sad song is getting old,

When you don't recognize your reflection,
Come on run a new direction.
When you feel like there's gotta be more,
Come bend your knees to the floor.
When you're lonely in the dark,
A fearful dog that lost it's bark,
When you need to find a brand new self,
Come dust that bible off the shelf.
Open your eyes so you can see,
God has a plan for you and me.
His light will brighten the darkest places,
Fill every corner and empty spaces.
He has the power to make all things new,
Wash away what was black and blue,
Be your strength and dry your tears,
Fight away your greatest fears,
He will hear your every cry,
Take you home the day you die,
Forgive your sins and your mistakes,
He heals your heart when it breaks.
Oh when it breaks...
When my heart breaks, I will say this prayer,
Because I know God's light will always be there...
