Holding hands in love
We share in each others heart
Beating two as one
:::
We are each other
With each providing a heart
To produce one beat
::::
Sandwiched in blankets.
Snoozing to the morning news.
Run! Another tardy pass.
A daily routine of my grade school days. I loved school, but getting ready for school was not pleasant. Good times.

(This poem will be included in my upcoming collective katauta poetry ebook, Bubble Bay 28, which comes out this spring.)
The phoenix who dreams
Blush more red than two sunsets
She's my katauta sweetheart

Big eyes drawn above
Aurora fields of sky earth
Reeled great imaginations
A katauta poem inspired by nature.
