For at least 6 years
David and I toiled over
the illustrious, majestic
"Bird of Paradise"
Fertilizing, nurturing, nursing
yet despite all this
we only saw dark green plumes
fronds fanning out
like a proud peacock
Then early this morning
at sunrise I heard David exclaim,
"Hurry bring the camera!"
there in all its exquisite glory
its wings in full sunrise explosions
of orange gold and purple

was our own very first "Bird of Paradise"
I feel your spacious embrace
twinkling arms scoop me up
stars glow in our breath
from the deepest love
new worlds are born

Just a shred of hope
For the hopeless
Is plenty need for existance

Despite suffering from illness,
****** assault from a once trusted individual,
being told I do not belong in my own country,
and shoved away by supposed peers and professor at my institution,

I remain.
As steadfast as ever,
protecting my place, country, and
family.

No matter how exhausted
or how shattered my current frame of reality may be,
I never cheat on my schoolwork or exams
like the same peers who belittle me.

Me, who is there:
patiently waiting,
always the last,
seeking help after another misstep;

Nonetheless,
diligently remaining on track,
amidst the others descended from the Esteemed,
Who continue the cyclic tradition of oppression.

While I acknowledge that
the absence of refuge
for the trodden
has existed for many centuries,

and even myself as of now,
I understand it to be ill-gotten privilege
I may have stolen
from another applicant more promising than me;

I remain in
This Place
amongst books
and the International Royalty.

Beginning from
such atrocities
in both blood, home, and later within the educational institution,
I never had any interest in making a name for myself.

I did not apply to college because I was told to—
it is because I was predominantly told the opposite.
Facing the shouting and dismissals
from those closest in blood and esteemed teachers at school.

In this time of a loosening socioeconomic hierarchy,
finally exposing the Freedoms of this Nation
Our Ancestors could never dream of,
We Must Remain, Learn, and Fight!

Revel in how
Unfulfilled we are,
Remain Loyal to your well-established Ideals,
and Fight!

Plethora of fears confined her
She fled from them, in search of equanimity.
She scurried hither and thither,
hopefully.
But, alas! She couldn't find any.

Days went by cursing her life's fate
She realized how helpless she is
And one day she dared to fight back,
which vanished her fears in thin air...
☘"We are held back by fears not limitations. So fight back the fears!"☘

I was placed into a dream,
and nothing was what it really seems.
As I went deep yet deeper still,
Its lasting longer than you think they will.

I can still envision it in my mind,
like a cinema being streamlined.
Well-defined as I lay reclined,
played out by this Mastermind.

Designing this Dream World,
intriguing scenes, my words are hurl'd.
As if the lines were inscribed pointed the way,
inside their very goodness burnes the day.

Before I was shone by this Mastermind,
while still in bed, my body completely reclined.
Completely fascinated by what I was hearing and seeing,
veil after veil undrawn to discover your reason for being.

The inmost naked beauty of the meaning never exposed,
still bathed in its moonlight slumber, secrets were disclosed.
How can I best serve this Universe today?
With love and kindness, I dedicate myself in each and every way
Dreams sometimes do lead the way for our tomorrows.

Sweet like candy,
But not brittle,
I was born resilient,
Emotional intelligence brilliant,

My DNA is exotic,
I’m no ordinary plant,
I’m of the nuclear variety,
Atomic,

I’ll break out the beats,
And shift your plates,
As I burst into tecktoniks,
And make your earth quake,

With my deviant thoughts,
And perspective that’s radical,
To uproot the past,
And fill it with something magical.

There will be many nights
Where you see a starless sky

There will be days
When it pours and rains endlessly

There will be evenings
When you wish you were
Anywhere but here

There will be times when
All you want is to be rescued

However, know that these times
Are simply ephemeral
They will not last till an eternity

O traveller, when will you return to the origin of your being?
Reality is what you are and a reverie is what you have been.

Your similitude is to the moon with its varying phases,
ever luminous but with lasting traces.

It is the origin from where you started and it is where you will ever arrive,
though it is a thing mysterious but you have never failed to strive.

So I ask O traveller, have you earned for what you strived?
Be content O stranger, for to the origin I have arrived.

You rock in thousands shades of
  Vibrance and Vigour
Forget it not even for a while
Let's shades of grey go astray and
beyond
There is no time to be lagging behind
So the lyrics of life be rhymed in your
own unique flamboyant style
Let it be upside down,
A little bit wrong, take no worries
But live it enjoy it up to the brim
As long as you thrive!
☘I believe that everyone should live their life up to the brim they thrive for. Sporadically it's an understatement. But live in the moment, "live the way you love the way you live" that's what all matters.

Life ain't a Fidus Achates. Life can be insane sometimes and life consists of a plethora of chaos and dramatic clichés. **** 'em up and dulcify your life with your own creativity.☘
