we smelled your scent
we signed a lengthy confession
we drew a composite
and picked you out of a lineup
yet still you walked away
scott free

...time we implicate you
a little bit more

How did things ever get so far?
It's curtains for you, Sonny!

Big
Blue
Bedroom curtains
With a ship and anchor pattern

And

Fancy
Frilly
Yellow ones
For your mama's kitchen

It's not personal, Sonny
It's strictly business...

Finding you was a dream or crime?
I have only learned to love you as mine.

We meet up behind the broken window,
You tell me your day was rough and hollow.

Wish I could do anything to make it good.
Also, wish you could let down the hood.

You take out a knife and ask me for some blood.
Some? For you, I'd let it flood.

As my nerves lets the guard down
You take me in your arms
Just before the storm.

You fall to the ground, hold your stomach, and bawl
Placing the knife in my hand, you ask me not to trust you at all.

Would you be here if it were so easy?
Who lives? It's either you or me.

Your grip on my hand is so tight,
You confess you are so scared for my life tonight.

I take your face on my palms and sigh,
I wish this was as easy as black and white.

Now, I have a decision to make.
Where's the ****** coin for God's sake?
Jenish Dec 2019
Thrashed her life in that vicious fuscous night
Tattered her body in that mucky verdant site
Shattered her dreams in that ****** wicked plight
Four feigned civilized animals, enjoyed their bite.

They waited their turn to deracinate her
With ears and heart kept fastened for her prayer
With ineffable agony nature tried to cover
Her natural body with leafy little shower.

When tired they spared her for a ****** time
And wrapped in a blanket to set a meacock crime
Wetted in fuel they fired the chad as a scheme
And disenthralled the soul of the decubitus dame.

Now tell me the judgement of these cruel critters
Hang or guillotine their ugly little heads
Lynching or castration, anything you can propose
Sharpen your quills and the judgement of the case.
I want the words that I write to be a crime, that way, your lust for danger will draw your eyes to me.

The trouble maker.
Nothing is more wanted then when it's dipped in danger.
