i’ve got a crush on a boy i call Elbows.

he’s got grace in his hands and anarchy in his mouth

he’s got angles where i’m soft and softness where i’m angled

Silent screams from self indulged diluted paradoxes casts a spell on the unforgivable lips kissed by the devilish characters dancing upon a grave settled by many.
Transparent silhouettes race to embrace their simple structures some unattended by close perceptions of love.
Drained from pupils an acidic remedy consumes the purity of the children laughing a bout.
Fists crossed in anguish pollute with devastation causing a fury manifestation corrupting innocence not so sweet.
Society speaks in vocal peaks damaging the mentality of not 1 2 but 3 million in one millisecond.
Yet no one believes how well proverty speaks.
Uneducated, unemployed disappointments most see yet the struggle at face is way more than ***** sheets but ****** hands covered in fibers of cotton that stained green.
Pity pity pity me no us no we.
Blood diamonds don't even exist just money hungry thieves.
I heard you started smoking,
and I hope
it makes you realize
what you did to me
when you become so addicted
to something that kills you.

And when you finally
find the strength to stop,
years from now,
you'll still find yourself
missing it.

I hope you think of me when
the smoke escapes
your lungs.

I have totally not written in forever because I can't find a way to put my thoughts into words! This one is kinda weak, but it'll have to do for now.
Tousled and tired,
She always said weird things after ***,
Always such great details about things I didn't care about,
But I still listened. Mostly.

She was a sparkling gem peeking out of the sheets,
Much thinner now than when we first met,
But her eyes still lit up like fairy lights in the dark.
Always warned me she didn't get attached or love anyone,
But she's a hard candy with a sweet liquid center.

I keep bringing the money back from the casino,
She keeps coming back to my front door,
Always gingerly kissing her forehead before we part ways, as if I love her.
But she's a little bit more than I bargained for.

You're a one night stand
But we spent too many nights
I lost count of it.

You're that unexpected kiss
On a drunken wasted night
Of vomits and *****.

You're that awkward hi
Exchanged by strangers who
Thought they both knew each other
But were clearly mistaken for another.

You're the bruise that turns blue
When I accidentally bump my leg
On the corner of the bed.

You're the scar that I never
Knew I had.

You're the bittersweet taste in
My mouth every morning.

You're the last thought lingering
In my head before slumber takes me
And you're the vagueness that
Haunts me in my dreams.

You're the scalding hot shower
In a cold freezing morning.

You're the boiling tea that numbs
My tongue for the rest of the day.

You're the obsession
I will never learn to let go of.

You're that person I will
Never get to call mine.

You're the one that got away.

It's sad that

The only time

You promise not to fight

Is when

Your mother

Is being hoisted into the groud

In a cardboard box

Isn't it?
Drama
I found the reason for all our lies,
to cover up our ****** up minds,
to cover up all the crimes,
committed by mankind over time.

We ****, corrupt, and capitalize,
on all the forsaken, innocent cries,
and then we try to rationalize,
our reason for profiting from their demise.

The blood is on the hands of the mindless,
sitting back, thinking these issues are timeless,
do you really think the people are buying this?
Do you really think you can keep us blinded?

No more closed doors, no more closed minds,
we need someone willing to walk the line,
someone willing to argue both sides,
someone willing to lead us, not hide.

No more government fundraiser *****,
no more vacations, answer the call,
this nation needs someone to stand strong and tall,
this nation needs us,
the people
one nation,
under God,
indivisible,
with liberty,
and justice,
for all.
