The rain drops fall on my skin,
yet I don't feel drenched.
I hear it, I know it's there
Kind of how I feel,
when you whisper I love you.
I hear the words but nothing
follows
We've done exactly
what I've feared.
E i g h t  l e t t e r s,
have become a routine,
The clouds break over head
Downpour,
But I'm numb

Face the
truth
Before it's too
late
Face your
fears
Only you can
****** it.
Face it,
Don't ever run.
It will keep chasing you forever
Unless you **** it.
(I reposted this cause i think it deserves the recognition and message that i want to bring out)
So do repost or like if you have the time, or you find this relevant:)
I'm tired but I can't sleep
I'm hungry but I can't eat
But you
You keep coming back for me
Or is it just what I think
Nothing more than a blink
And you're gone.
Is this the disease?
Or the attention I need?
They say a chemical imbalance
I plead
It's not that but more
But Words cannot explore
The lack
Of what
I'm feeling.
I walked through a rose bush simply to find you the perfect rose
I reached the other side
Only
To find I was bleeding and alone

Someone gave me a time machine
wrapped up in a bow,
a gift, they said, to take me
wherever I'd like to go

I said I'd like to see the past
and a man, quite old and grey,
sat me near him, as he told
how it was for him one day

then I said I'd like to change
the course of history
and I was made to answer a child's
questions on life and liberty

that is immortality
to gather years gone by
to take up others' wisdom
and leave something behind

that is how to alter fate
and stitch up what's to be
make ripples in time's fabric
with a touch of destiny

from HERE we reach what is behind
from NOW we shape the world
it is this moment that defines
all that will be unfurled

Someone gave me a time machine
its door and limits unknown
but I know that I am in it
and I know it is HERE

Your
freckles      are
like the
stars
to my
night       sky.
This is a sequel to my post 'Freckles'.
And this line I heard is from a stranger telling his gf how her freckles make him love her more. God bless them:)

Those dots
Aligning to constellations
Perfecting that presence
Beauty in its eminence
I swear i could count every single dot
Even the ones barely visible

Radiant in its aura
Burning every enmity
Scars of contempt depleted
No longer existed in you
Your face mimics the night sky
Those freckles glinting like stars
That smile akin to crescent
Ever so elegant like the full moon

So don't cover it up my dear
That's what i love most about you

The freckles on your face
*Is what makes you beautiful
I don't understand how some individuals with freckles are insecure with themselves.
I wanna have freckles badly!
Anyways, I got inspired by a couple i was sitting next to.
Her BF said this to her,
**"Your freckles are the stars to my night sky."**
And **** I got inspired!
God bless them strangers:)

We're being reckless.
Giving into temptation.
Your lips are magnetic.
Forcing mine upon yours.
Your touch is sweet.
Delicate even.
City lights shine for us.
Symbolising the spark we have.
Connection.
Desire.
Emotions.
Is this love?
Maybe.
It's the reckless kind.
The one that tears your heart out.
And leaves you breathless.
And speechless.
So conflicted.
We have 8 days.
So much could happen.
We should stop.
But being careful never enticed me.
So let's be reckless.
Let's kiss the way we did by the water.
Let's hold each other until we are one.
Let's love.
Everything about us is reckless.
