Just Melz
It's mesmerizing
How your eyes look into mine
It's radiating
This intense feeling of heat
Something I just can't define
It's solid ground to stand on
It's concrete

It will never waver
Never wander
Never want for anything new
This feeling is yours
And it's mine
Me and you, babe
We'll make it through

If the person you love
Is truly
Holding you up
Then there's no way
You could fall
For someone else

Lorraine day
Your hair stripped of the colour that once was dark as night
Now reflects the years gone by as it's slowly turned to white

Those loving hands that held me and taught me right from wrong
No longer look the same they bend as each new day goes on

Your eyes which did once sparkle like emaralds of green
Look so tired and almost vacant a look I've never seen

Your posture is no longer ,upright standing tall
You move so slow ,I stand behind to catch you if you fall

Your voice a silent whisper
Your memory long but gone
But your heart of love it's never changed
Like a light it's always shon

So many years have passed us by
Now i can clearly see
How the roles have now reversed

You once looked after me

I'm here to show you patience
Tender loving care
Reflecting all that you have shown by always being there
I'm here to tell you thank you
Speaking from a grateful heart
I will be with you until the end
As you've been with me right from the start
i have come
a long way
from where
i began and
i can say
i have
changed
as a man.
i have set
my goals
and refined
my role
as i aligned
my mind,
body and soul.
i hit new lows
and rose above,
i live a life full
of light and love.
i give all i have
and ask for nil
for the life i
was gifted with
is all i fulfill.

finding happiness
.....
Not an interesting metaphor
To Keep the brain on
Or just showing day dreams
Even an unnecessary composed poetry
Made to be happy for the king and queen
Decorated with false songs of a garland victory
Just defile your voice
Or Just a lie of fabricated cry
Acting as the heavy down eyes
Just showing forged mercy to love
Even a painting of an outward woman
While stupid men became tickle with a synthetic beauty

Then If composed a true poetry
However, So many illustrative metaphors
which have a form of sacred truth
Perched the purple nature into you
Knowing Spring with the aromas of mango buds
Saying the real life
Demonstrates the truth of death with death
Like inventions of science

Rendering with expressions and feelings
Owing water to thirsty men
Explain the friction between light and darkness
Dragging the stone of truth
Thousands of music grant the intangible beauty of life
Love became harmonious
And the dreams are to raise thousand colors of love
Life flows like spring water
Of course a poem calls an eternal love
There a hidden beauty craving all time
And an upstream pouring the pure love

heartbreak is a feeling I don't ever want to feel again.
heartbreak is abandoned, betrayal, uncared for, forgotten, misunderstood,  depression, physically and mentally hurt
all at the same time
it's like someone stabbing your heart multiple times
someone ripping out your lungs and you won't be able to breathe
getting your ribs opened and broken
every part of you won't be able to move
your hands shaking
your legs trembling and forgetting how to walk
your body is numbed
your brain only has thoughts of hopelessness
your heart, your precious and fragile heart
is shattered into pieces that will take a long time to reform to its old self again
heartbreak is a mixture of breakdowns and wanting to sleep for eternity
it's when even in your dreams you find yourself crying
cause the pain is just too real and too much to handle
and when someone is asking you if you're alright, you can't even speak for it seems like he took all your words away from you, even the words "I'm fine" he took that too and you can't lie or hide away your feelings from anyone anymore cause they see right through you
I made myself feel all these emotions for a boy and then the next thing is I got my heartbroken
it all happened so fast and I still don't know how it went downhill
but if I could and trust me I would absolutely trade that heartbreak in a millisecond with no hesitation
after a few weeks I've started to express my feelings to a few people
and of course at that time I still felt so much sadness in me
I remember saying "it's the remembering, the memories, all these little things you know about them will be in your thoughts even if you try so hard to hide them away there will be times where something will remind you of that person..." trying to not to feel the depth of what I said back then, I couldn't and I promised myself I wouldn't get that low ever again
I think about it now that heartbreak helped me grow as a person and truly made me realize my worth
I guess you have to go through the lows to enjoy the high.

If you'd been here
When I was young,
You'd not forget
What we'd have done.

We'd climb roofs,
Jump in the river,
****** neighbour's pears,
Then skedaddle,
Laughing with sweat-matted hair,
Wiping off those grown-up cares.

We'd bumper-jump in four inch snow,
And never let our parents know.
Oh, such fun we two would do,
If I could stay as young as you.

We'd skate and bike,
Play street ball,
Act up in school,
Stand in the hall;
We'd hike with jars
Along country brooks,
Read and trade
Our comic books.
Lie in the sand,
Burn in the sun,
Forgetting it was time for home.
We'd never tire of our treats,
And often we'd forget to eat
Because we're having all our fun:
If you'd been here when I was young.

We'd play Tag and Red Rover,
Flags and Chase,
Then have sleep-overs.
We'd swap tomorrow
For daily pearls,
Then swap each other
For pretty girls.

We'd be up to our shenanigans,
Sleep the sleep,
Then start again.
This is the way
We'd have our fun,
If you'd been here
When I was young.

But now you're here,
And I'm much older,
The things we'd do
You'll do with others;
But when you need a  boost to climb,
This old man has a shoulder.
Yes,
I'll sure have lots of fun,
For you're here now.
That keeps me young.
For my new Grandson, Xavier (b. July 23rd.)
Thanks for all your readership and support. I hope you enjoyed the read as much as I enjoyed the write. Peace.

not so much writing as stuttering, said L.W.
no matter. The whole always false. donut.
only the peace meal may be milled to flower.
periplum. plot a coastline. only pieces seen.
fear unity. seek multiplicity. in a grain of sand.
rethink. remake. re-imagine. explore chaos.
old trials lead nowhere. only blind allies.
forms remain but meaningless. void. nada.
sweet sounds engender projectile vomiting.
foundations all rotted. build anew on a nothing.
chains do not signify. schizophrenic fragmentation.
the world and everything in it. complex system.
complex systems temporal. made of time. tick.
turbulence & unpredictability. not unlike weather.
poem a piece of time. complete universe. hole.
prose means. poetry makes. difference of kind.
form is meaning. words only place markers.
never theory. of stuff. practical & experimental.
art desires dissonance even as the ear rejects.
polar bear on white canvas howls to pallid moon.
take up tools. create the unknowable knowable.
who surfs the froth of anarchy’s wave
reaps only the freedom of the brave.
