people they write poems about the way they feel
write it down on paper help there mind to heal
expressing it in words what they want to say
to take away the pain its the only way

write it from the heart let your feelings show
what you want to say write down and let it go
get it off your chest say what you want to say
this will ease your mind take your pain away

As the night falls
I can hear your calls
Your pleas sound so terrifying and frightening
Yet it sounds so agonizing and amazing

I hear the yearning in your howl
They sound so uneasy and foul
Like the neverending pain
I know I'll hear it again

At night when I hear your howl
I know you must be out on the prowl
I wish I could be by your side
So I could ease your pain you have inside

I know your not in cage
You're not bent up and full of rage
They don't have you chained to a tree
They won't let you be

So at night when I hear your calls
I won't worry about you at all
I know you're calling your family to be by your side
I know at night you won't have to hide

Mastermind always plans perfectly
Leaving nothing to chance
Before war it counts its enemies
Blessed with sound sleep
Its car is similar to Osama's.

Never act irrationally, that's how
Mastermind remains invincible
What happened in the hail of bullets?
Two snitches were killed, so
Forty winners remained.

Amateurs in beef with
Grown men in a tower
Weather below zero but
Blessed with sound sleep
Leaving nothing to chance.

Everything planned perfectly.

we played hide and seek by the rivers
and sometimes i would chase you

but never would you chase me
and when i asked why
you smiled because

love to you
was just a game

I don't know where she went
But she took the silliest things with her
The glimmer in my eyes,
The giggles from excitement,
The rose tint from my cheeks,

I don't know where she went
But she took the wildest things with her
The amber glow I viewed you in,
The flutter in my heart when you said my name,
The peace I felt in your presence,

I don't know where she went
But the things that she left?
The lack of trust for people,
The fear of getting close?
I'll hold them tight until she returns
I don't know where she went
But I wish she'd come back home
Or maybe I hope she found a new home
And she stays far away from here.

I was floating in

the sea of your eyes, they led --

me into your port.

ok okay
I always try to look for what's beautiful
But sometimes the world feels so ugly
That I just want to dream

you'd rest
your weary head
on my chest
& tell me when
my heart would
beat faster.

it always did
when you were near.

I can't tell if you're the
Oxygen
Sustaining my life
Or maybe you're the
Carbon
Trying to take it
Either way
It's time to get you out my system

Favorite Mug

The best mug in the cabinet
Sits on the middle shelf
Everyone always grabs it
Rarely left to itself
The handle fits perfect
Though increasingly worn
Held in palms to reflect
With liquid so warm
A once beautiful design now a chipped away after thought
