Written words placed well
spoke metered sound wells
chimes sing in fluent breezes
spelling thought's current
memory caching
celestial spheres' music

Poets chew your food
drunk on cobble streets
bumbling, humming a tune
dreaming alphabets
Lasso' poly-phones
kidnapped by rhyme and resin

Sea Glass

There's a new craze
Down on the beech
People are having a blast
Looking for sea glass

Colours brown green and blue
Plus the clear one
You can see straight through

Now glass when broken is sharp
As you know
But the rumble and tumble
Of The ocean
And the smallest grains
Like the wings of a moth
Smoothes the edges right off

Taken from nature
Manipulated by man
Returning unwanted
Weatherd and torn
Something quite unique
Is born

A coffee over the buzzing watches
Did once urge me feelings of grace.

Then they ticked and tocked away;
And was dumped down with all the
Documents and filed signatures in
Unnoticable pile.

Only sundials non-stop on a frozen
Lake, and I internally ache.
Maybe twas a neuronal longing
For un single pause -

Then watch the unmoving objects on the ice,
And with scrutiny, the glint of one smiling
Droplet…and the next… until a smooth and
Tranquil blanket encompasses you,

Then resume.
, said “finding tranquility” and “to recognise and appreciate”

Dissident
Resolute & yielding,
dyed deep in this color

Dream animal

I am

Dilated

Nothing now

But the wide open wound

She dances through

nothing about this was romantic.

not in the way your hands cupped my waist,
or in the way we held a silent gaze.
i don't question that look in your eyes,
nor will i inquire about your thoughts to which i wasn't privy.
your warm breath tickles my ear when you whisper my name,
and the heat spreads to my cheeks like a wildfire.
i tried to not pull away my eyes from yours,
in fear i would stare at your parted lips for too long.

nothing about this was romantic.
nothing about this can ever be romantic.

The day flickers like a filament
before fusing into night.
Another day struck off from life.

Night and day
all will unfold the same way
the owl will prey a mouse
a woman will chant and pray
scent of incense will fill the house
the drongo will blend with the evening
and with melancholy seek one last insect.

The enveloping darkness makes me unseen.

Nothing stops
the earth will continue to spin.

something to get you started
a kickstart engine

coffee is black as night
and you are a star.
