There’s a universe inside of you,
But I’m just a little star.
Once my light is out,
There'll be none of me.
You gaze, admired it, then you close your eyes to sleep. Only to wake for the Sun.

Afternoon and evening rains are signs
our monsoon season is nigh
yet, some wells stay in drought...isolation
can't just clear waters of stagnant emotions

i need water flowing like blood through the veins
water creating brooks below green mountains
been trying to make this water flow, but in vain

when poetry hides, days become a drag
it's like walking without protective clogs
while crossing hanging circles of fog
descending......from towering crags...

it enters
without

resistance
everything

is accepted
in this

moment
the sky

is bursting
with color

past disappears
into dust

I blow it
away

imagining
dandelions

I am a child
a happy child

playing in
a wild field

where

bees don’t
sting and

snakes don’t
bite

Could this even be labeled as poetry?
The inside of my head is screaming
So here we speak ever so fluently, a little broken because my eyes are defective
Body perspective, is to happens to be the same
Painful painful, lonely games.

It is hard to speak with rivers creating waterfalls
Blurred lines of letters, I'm not drunk I swear.
I am just swerving through these lines of paint
Give me a canvas to portray my hate
That was false.
Unfinished as always

I am old.
A romantic soul
Lost to the chasm
Of this tethered, mortal body
Floating through speckled memories
Of a life I used to love.

Weightlessly
I can only watch.
Waiting for
this young flame
dancing in the dust
Of past lives and love to
Forgive and
find it’s place.

Love drove My Heart,
on a Hell of a Ride.
It washed down My Ego
and also some Pride.
Last Night as I read,
Her Scarlet Letters of Love.
As Grey Clouds kept passing,
in the Skies Above.
I searched for one Letter,
which mentioned My Heart.
A Caption that Read
"Till Death does Us Apart"
I ripped that Letter
and tore every single Word.
I screamed Her Name,
but it wasn't even Heard.
Darkness grows Darker,
when shadows fall My Way.
As memories of My last Love,
simply fails to fade Away.
