People are never satisfied
Not with themselves
So they can't be with others.
Very true for the lost generation

If your beliefs cause you to harm an innocent
Then there is something seriously rotten in you, and wrong with your beliefs
No one's beliefs should harm anyone (including their children). There is something seriously wrong with you if you think it is okay to harm someone based off of religious beliefs. Not to mention it is your entity's job to judge and punish that person and not yours, your job is to be loving and compassionate. But you hold the most deadliest sin inside you and spread it. Hatred.

If you play with another's feelings
You will find yourself bitter and alone
That is no one's fault, but your very own

We reminisce

each passing year

and forget what

is already here

We only live the

moments and await

for another sad

and nostalgic state

To Gesture & Not Speak

To Follow Blindly
And Imitate

Free will
Comes with a heavy price.
Spend it wisely.

we clock in, out
every one of us--that has ALWAYS
been the contract

the Tyrant has us all working
at minimum wage; some complain
others don't think about it

though at one time
or another, we are all grateful,
and terrified, we have a job

beggars, billionaires both
servants to the hours, His strange
circular command

but I will be dead ******
if I'll give Him a minute more than necessary
watching the hands spin on a timepiece,
eternally there to remind us, we are
temporal slaves, every minion
under His reign

Firefly
Mine eyes look upon the heavens with tears,
The sunlight soothes the large ravines on my back,
And the delicious winds does not sting.
I have been eclipsed,
My feathered wings viciously ripped away,
At the height of pleasures; the end of the ride.
A long fall followed, with many changes of the sky,
Flames surrounded me and open air, then the embrace of Earth,
Where I am to be eclipsed in the dance of moonlight,
And find onyx wings;eclipsed wings,
So I may run through the golden wheat fields at the end of dusk each day,
Picking up speed, I will go faster and faster,
And finally I'll fly.
Fly again, and find joy after misery and sacrifice,
After I spend each day in agonizing anticipation,
Of the freedom of flight.
I will never return after I've felt such things,
I will walk this earth, for eternity, free,
I will love and try not to hate,
Laugh, and only cry for joy,
I will not be oppressed, depressed, nor impressed,
By cruelty, and hurt, and pain.
I will be forever and always free,
Always and forever an eclipse.
We all should aim to be a constant eclipse of the bad things in this world; the terror and the pain and the cruelty. We all should aim to outshine them all with goodness, and kindness, empathy, and sympathy. We are all human beings...we are all the same.
They say need is the mother of invention,
This automatically means that you were "invented" for a reason,
To fulfill something, something that no one else will do,
You may be unique but not see anything in yourself which no one else has,
So how then are you really a holder of a unique purpose?
Well,life is a journey..
And what you're meant for will always be something that comes up as a passion,a strong desire.

Sadly so this is what you wish:
    Try your best
    your hardest
    So as not
    to be sefish
   To be helpful
   And contructive

All the while helpless
Enabling the self destructive

In each finale, there is a start.
It is hardly difficult to argue
that this is no time for the fatuous
and that nothing is more fatuous
than scribbling poetry at dawn.
But compulsion and desire will out.
We must sing of this world
not some better unknown star.
The given is the wool we weave.
All times are equally terrible
and equally sublime.
The eternal politics of horror
must never stifle the human heart.
Which serves to make clear that
we must begin again seek the light
and toll the bells of our human souls.
