Why did you eat that?
Don't you know
You're already fat?

Everyone is staring,
At the way your skin
Is swelled and sagging.

No one wants you,
With all that extra cargo
You look 200 pounds.

Put the food down
And go for a run --
You look disgusting.

Why did you eat that?
Don't you know
You're already fat?

This page and this pen
Express them again
These tormentors I keep deep inside

Ugly truths rattle out
From their cages they shout
Vile curses I just can't confine

I will cherish the day
They have nothing to say
Pure silence within chaos is bliss

But my my soul until then
Shall re-break and re-mend

Life's Demons

I truly won't miss

i could've sworn
that the blood on my hands
was from killing my demons,
but when i woke up,
the scars were on my own throat

Liz And Lilacs
She whispers in my ear;
her laughter echoes coldly in my mind.
Skeletal, beautiful.
I want to be her.
I can never be her.
She slinks around,
winning all the attention.
I hate her.
I hate me.
She has driven me to this.
She is self hatred.

Wild Myths
I exist as a mirror
Wild lights have glazed over your skin
My whispers are tarnished
Our bodies a shield
Against the coming chills of a brittle wind

I linger with a breeze-like touch,
It comes out hoarse and swollen.
Thoughts  uttered with a breath of regret
Or a sigh of relief.

Your face turns foreign, a mesh of dark warmth
A light without the sun.
We’re all a wounded red
on the inside.
