Calmness

Blue skies, blue waters
Free zone, no borders
Mind is clear, no clutter
Calm ambience, no mutters
Shiny sun, soft breeze
Mind at ease
Skin's glowing
Heartbeats' regular, no racing
Attuned with nature
Fully self in this moment.

Unsent

You are my unsent message.
The cursor blinking rhythmically,
With my heartbeat,
Waiting,
For me to hit send.
But I am not ready,
And I’m not sure if I ever will be
So I left it like that.
Unsent. Unseen. Unread.
“I miss you.”
Life has its own mind
Thinks and moves
In the direction that it wants
One has to keep up
Sometimes it’s difficult
But never lose hopes
Keeping it straight and strong
Come what may
Fear and regrets can both adjust
In the grand scheme of things
Health is wealth
Not just a statement to make
But to try and follow and live it up to the last mile
A few bends and turns is where one slows down
The journey worthy of being
lived
loved
enjoyed and shared

I write not for my arts sake...
I write for my hearts ache...

I write not to remind myself...
I write to re-mind myself...
I perform my own exorcisms through my keyboard

leave no trace upon my mind
but fingerprints inside my heart
till I can feel your touch inside
falling straightaway apart

leave me here, but not alone
cause I can´t stand the silence
piercing deep into my bone
losing unrestrained my sense

leave no marks upon my skin
but scent and taste thereon
till I can treat you as my kin
till all my fear is gone
