There was no reason
For it; Life was golden
...
That don't mean jack ****.

Tears flowed from my brain
Your heart, your love was given
...
Still, I bathed in pain.

A victim of me.
Drank of tears and misery
...
Genie, you are free.
Rest in eternal peace, Robin; may your memory live on.

I tried to beat it
The sun.
Tried to beat it to the horizon
I looked up and saw it one day
I said "OH! what beauty! I shall catch it if it falls!"
And it began to fall.
So I tried to beat it to the horizon, where I knew it would land.
But it sank deep, deep into the ground.
And i mourned for it
I cried and crooned of it's beauty.
I begged of it to come back.
And in this depression I fell asleep.
When I woke, high high above me was the sun.
And I said "OH! what beauty! I shall catch it if it falls!"
Phew! been a while since I was here last, but **** that felt good. hope you like it.

Every time you say "Hi"
I want to throw you through a wall.
Because you have no idea how I hurt,
You cannot feel the chemical burn
That leaks through my heart and drips onto my brain.

Purple veins, draining the pain
But veins only lead back to the heart.
The hardest things to say
Are "I love you"
"I'm sorry"
And "Help me"
For some reason, I got them all at once.

I just want to drive
In my car, I'd run and hide.
A man who's always leaving,
but never seems to arrive.

You make me smile.
Not at your silky hair,
Or your cherry lips,
Or your contagious laugh,
Or the way you speak.

You make me smile,
at nothing.
And that's the best kind of smile.

As this chapter ends and a new one begins,
I will once again disappear.
From your lives...
And from your memories.

Never again will our paths meet,
Never again will you hear my name,
Never again will we share in these words;

I am grateful for the time we shared.
So long friend.

If
I could keep writing you poems you'll never read

Or I could put my pen down and bandage my own heart

Either way, I would still lose because I wouldn't have you
