You stole the key of my
beautiful heart,
Take care of it,
Lest you lose it,
I'll be heartless.

Lying embedded in velvet gloom and night,
You and I are gazing up the northern hemisphere.
Within the sea of darkness is the stars' stained light.

Hidden inside the fabric of interstellar space,
Might be a kind of universal truth
That answers all the questions of human race.

Sensing the pull of the universe
I feel like we're lost between the infinite vastness
That none of us could ever dream to traverse.

Suddenly you get up on your knees -
Head in the sky and feet on the ground.
“Perhaps the stars only made us feel lost,
because we both wanted to be found.”
Maybe we all are just waiting to be found:)

My Reasons

You asked me why I like you
But I didn’t want to tell
Some of my reasons are cheesy...
But here is why I fell

I love the way your lips curve
When I make you smile
It makes me want to pull you close
And kiss you for awhile

I love the way your eyes twinkle
When you talk about things you love
I truely believe
You are a gift from above

I love that you are compassionate
You have such a big heart
That was the first thing I noticed
Right from the start

I love the way it feels
When you hold me tight
I finally feel safe
Like I could sleep through the night

I love that you don’t judge me
For my less than perfect self
That is more attractive
Than any amount of wealth

There are so many more reasons
But I’ll start with just this few
Maybe someday
I’ll give this poem to you

:)

Is back..
It gives you a smile a mile wide to see Gypsy John is back

Gypsy John with cart, horse and dog by his side
People call from far and wide to deliver parcels of food for Gypsy John and his crew.

Gypsy John sets up camp in the middle of the road, on what's called a roundabout.

Gypsy John is getting old and sits around a camp fire to warm his cold bones and cook his food.

Gypsy John does not like favours and takes his food begrudgingly, instead he will work all day for his pay, locals find him work indoors.

When one cold winter came, locals crowd funded to buy him a new cart, his horse was retired as very old, £12000 was raised to keep Gypsy John and his animals well.

Gypsy John comes with the change of season as summer turns to fall.
Gypsy John is a reminder and reason to us all to keep going work hard and live long.

Long live Gypsy John.
More a story than a poem, all true gypsy John is a legend around these parts and it warms your heart to see him every year.

How do you take the heartache away?
How do you cease its existence?

Well,
Let me tell you how I do it;

I inflict pain,
A scarring one, that is;

All in hopes that
the pain would take
the heartache away;

But only for me to find out
that the deepest scars
doesn't always cause
the deepest pain;

And that the deepest pain
doesn't always leave scars.

So tell me, how do you do it?
How do you take the heartache away?
How do you cease its existence?
But please,
Please don't hurt yourself;
Don't do it like I do.

Take my heart she said
and place it between your ribs

Let me feel
an emotion, that has fled
my being for 2 years and counting

Take my heart she said
and color it red
let it blend with the color of passion

One that has chilled my sheets
with loneliness

Take my heart she said
mend its cracks, make it whole
for it looks nothing like a heart now

Just bits and pieces
barely holding on to
whatever keeps it going

Take my heart she said
and cover it with notes
that nurse it back
to mastering its own beat

It's just monotonous now
it needs a jolt
to bring it back
to bring
me
back

Take my heart she said
and when you're done
put it back
gently

Don't tell a rose how to grow,
And The birds how to chirp.
Don't tell your daughter to be soft,
Don't tell your son how to hurt.

Don't tell the sky what color to bleed,
And a person, the right way to grieve.
Don't try to tame your daughter's tongue,
Don't tell your son the manly ways to love.

Don't tell the wind which way to blow
Or the clouds how hard to rain.
Don't teach your daughter how to soak,
Don't show your son how to easily reject.

Don't tell the sun to adjust its light
Or the truth how to show itself.
Don't tell your daughter it's feminine to shy,
Don't teach your son how to reign with fists held high.

Don't tell a heart how to beat
Or the mind how not to soar.
Don't clip off your daughter's  wings,
To make them a foundation for your son to grow.

Don't tell a rose how to grow,
Lest it decides to turn its petal into thorns.
Don't tell the birds how to chirp
And have their voices turn into rebellious growls.
Finally, one of my many poems was chosen as a daily.
Just been a 5 years.

I still can't believe it.

Also, thank you for all your reviews and love. I still don't think I'm a poet, I just usually ramble. But I'm so glad you guys gave this poem such love.
Means a lot.

Again, thank you very very much.

You've learned to mimic emotions
despite your inability to actually
feel a ******* things

I scream*
I Love You

Please don't do this

While being held tightly in your embrace
like iron rods wrapped round me

I see in your eyes
someone I no longer know
the illusions gone & the mask has fallen

I see the real you

too late

oh

its too late

too late for me

We seemed so happy together
becoming one
I was falling for you

I didn't listen to my woman's intuition

You have had this carefully plan out
every detail in advance

You have contingency plans in place
I'm sure of it

I have to fight but soon as the thought enters my mind
you slam me down

winds knocked out of me and my head spinning

Your quick movements
has me up against a tree trunk
I can feel the ropes
being tied tightly

I open my mouth to scream
beg & plead

swiftly you stick a rag in it

Guess you've really thought of everything
you know me too well

The streams taunting
me it's so inviting
if only.........

To late you're standing over me

I look up & you have this charismatic
charm about you as your smiling down at me

This is what caught my eye in the first place
that smile of yours

******

I should of know not to trust you
One Year & Six Months ago

You're unremorseful
as I watch you dissociate emotionally
from all your actions taken place

Unremorseful of the feelings
I have towards you

I moan and you look at me
through me and
past my soul

chilling me as you walk closer

The stream is taunting me
it looks so inviting

Oh well

This is only
