The flame raises
Above the heads
Of many races
Without being sad

Each morning shines
With uplifting rays
Shooting lights up the pines
Like the water sprays

Mother nature such beautiful
Rules this planet called earth
With Sun up Sun down dutiful
Each where we've taken birth

The rain, the sky, the creatures, the moon
Not one single string gets thrown
Night, day or be noon
Each radiants their fragrance unknown

Peace be thy calming waves
Leashes back and forth in the deepest caves
Into the realms of untouched habitat
Where human invasions has taken a start

Out in the night when the stars shoot
I pray and wish for the wars to stop
Thinking of the elderly roots and younger shoots
Hopefully my eyes don't see the marching troops...

Now the quiet settles upon the plains
Whereas the saddened heart no longer remains
You fought your ancestors fight for freedom rights
inundated in baptismal water in freezing nights
Even braved the growling hounds
Feared not the shielded men of so-called law
You danced your chants and danced so ever tall
and saved the water for us all
for Came the Ancestors To The Call...

For all warriors at standing rock...

Embrace me, my sweet embraceable Dell
Embrace me, you irreplaceable Dell

Just one look at you, my Windows open up wide
You and you alone are always right by my side

I love all the Rom and Ram about you
Above all, I give a Dam about you

Don't be a naughty baby,
Do the magic that you do so well

My sweet unbreakable Dell
Just Fun  :)

Divinity is YOU
embodied
in a human costume.

Beauty is YOU
wrapped around
A 3rd dimensional playground.
Happy Halloween all

We can all often act like muppets
We each have things
That bind us with strings
And have us all controlled like puppets

I mourn you for all
that was stolen
I mourn you for all
that was lost

I mourn you that
You were betrodden
Until nothing was
left that once was

Your life had
a beautiful reason
You can't be accused
of living in vain

Your days were made full
of goodness that's lasting
Yet the tragedy of all
that's about you remains

Cry me
because I'm here
without you
Cry you
because you're
gone far away
Cry We
that we lost
all We treasured

I mourn Your loss
forever somewhere
beyond my very last day.

EVERYDAY

Everyday
I mold and remold myself
with the clay of God.

My sculpture tools
are the breath,
intention, compassion,
and love.

The excess clay
in structure from programming
of hate, greed, separation,
I dig out and it falls away
To disintegrate.

Everyday,
I look in mirror
and see the greatness before me
smiling, grateful, full of life force energy.

A God's masterpiece in motion
ready to mold all my dreams
into reality.
Inspired by Kainat Rasheed's poem
I am clay , you are clay She is a gift and I am grateful to her.
