"beneficially" poems
Shot a rabbit two days ago, it was a good shot taken at distance from height. The rabbit died instantly, it had been digging holes in my lawns, it had to go. I watched it die and I had cause to ponder the death from a religious angle, where believers say we go to another place when we die? I know where this rabbit went, he went into my vegetable garden, buried deep with all the other varmints and critters that have crossed my path. Over the years we, (my wife and I), have turned that patch of barren volcanic ash into a wondrous source of lettuce, potatoes, onions, rhubarb, tomatoes and leek..by adding the carbonaceous remnants of not only these creatures but of composted vegetation, seaweed and selected fertilizers. We also grow the most beautiful roses and deliahs and crysanthemums you will ever come across. And do you know...in the dark of night other little rabbits and bugs and things come out and nibble those very creations...unaware that they are completing the circle of being. This is the true spirit of creation, as I see it, where deep in the garden, the motes of nutrition transmogrify beneficially from one entity to another, eventually, for the common good of all. This is the basis of my belief. Feet on the ground... What is....most definately is! M. Taranaki NZ

Round and round it goes.....
Love's burning desire Life passes by much too quickly. More often than not, we lack an appreciation for the true value of time. Almost like in the blink of an eye another day has past. Then, another week. Then, another month. Then, another year. When we finally come to our senses reality starts to settle in. We are now left with that ever recurring question of, where has the time gone? Ergo, why not come to this appreciation for life while we are still young. At a time, perhaps, when we still have most of our basic faculties intact and an ability to use them more beneficially and productively while "age" is still somewhat on our side. Below is a poem I wrote in an attempt to get this point across in a more creative way. Here we can see the development of that passing time. Here we see the changes time necessarily impacts on us. The message is clear, don't let human frailties and shortcomings from stopping you from enjoying, accomplishing, living, experiencing, etc. Don't let things like fear, laziness, depression, unhappiness, or anything similar restrict you from appreciating everything that life has to offer and for you to experience. So mush exists in this our beautiful world. So much awaits us to experience and to grow. Why squander away that precious time that so often steals away everything we have from right under our noses. The real tragedy is when we finally see how precious time is. We see why it is thus so precious. It CANNOT be replaced. Appreciate Life! Enjoy Life! Don't even stop to turn around. The sun will shine, and the clouds will rain these winds will blow, and love will yet feign the eye will see, and the heart will crave the body will sin, and sin will enslave The baby will crawl, and the boy will walk the man will run, and love will soon talk love's burning desire, but a fleeting fire age overcomes, desires quickly retire The old man now stooped over memories have but faded away that life once full of living, alas sitting in solitude, nothing but decay So in youth, don't ever miss the chance never stop dreaming, a time for romance the days are shadows, years will soon disappear don't miss these opportunities when you're young just because of this word called fear

People think you should be optimistic, They think you should give yourself goals to try to ascertain To try and make yourself better. These things though can be detrimental, Because where I am You have to get used to not being able to do things, But then people say that you should make your goals small and attainable, Yet they don’t understand that what is reachable one day, Can be out of sight the next, No matter how simple.

Beneficially Detrimental
Look me in my eyes so deeply. Yes, so deeply. Listen to my words. Yes, my words so immensely. Things, I should have said long ago. I'm telling you now. You have been so beneficially to me. That other women upon this earth. Doesn't stand a chance to getting next to me. You're simply the earth's angel to me. It's you I have built my world around. Now, tell me. Have I let you down? If you request it. It's instantly given to you. If you command it. I go out of my way to achieve that too. Now, tell me. What didn't I do? So, look me in the face. Try to deny you don't hold a special place in my heart. Just listen to my words. They were meant to be heard.

Listen To My Words
I love you Always, and in all ways Neither selfishly nor beneficially Great--it's good, but better Emanate-- my love comes from a source and that is you Labyrinth, like the maze of my soul that you, only you, have mastered Ice cream-- the way it calms you on a hot day is the way I can calm you Quite exuberant, when you shower me with attention that I know is only for me Ultimate, as it is the most extreme I have ever felt Encapsulate, as in completely covering me with your love that I may not be touched by anyone else

Angelique
In constant silence of progressiveness we collectively pass down the calmness of peace within. Sounds flowing through our divine bodies with the absolute ability to portray stability upon the chalice of our tranquility we have earned through life, hard with constant indifference fighting to know only the truth! No substitution for doubts or shame to be carried forward through the entrance of understanding. Selected we follow who messages us from afar finally noticing love does exist deep enough with collective knowledge, recognizing sounds glide gently within us and our minds that used to be confused and dormant! Beneficially aligned we become stable enough capturing our essence of spirit divine. No substance to conquer abilities unknown to our endeavors, confronting all known progressions we've collected through life with the hurt that gives our strength to keep going forward in pursuit of true happiness, Love, understanding, who we have always been without our knowledge and belief. We are all one Love in search of this power we keep acknowledging deeper and deeper. In soul, heart, and mind, we are all silent treasures of indifference, but one in love. Our soul fire never dies as we capture the glow after the storm. We can shine as we move forward! Light beings we will always be) Copyright ⓒ DerenaBree( All Rights Reserved)

Silent Treasure
I sit out here upon my swiveled throne of humbled resplendence Granted a momentary reprieve from work as storage is shuffled out The early day's cool dance in contrast to the sun's blinding warmth
