How I wish I could rewind time
I would give every dime,

Go back to the days of bliss
Sealed with true love's kiss

But it wasn't true
Just affection out of the blue

Like a storm it comes and goes
And leaves with great tremendous loss

You are the storm
From my tears you took its form

I am the ground
And in your gentle touch of rain I was found
You want me gone
You want me dead
You've got me running
Through your head
You hate my guts
You love my cuts
You had my love but
Not my trust
You need my hand
You crave my touch
But honey, I've had it,
Enough is enough.

I have chewed
the bitter heart
of loneliness
and found it
surprisingly
sweet.

You never know. Things as they seem; not what they are.

Sad faces seem more
More real than happy faces
Don't you think so too?
Mind telling me what you think?
She woke up from life
And did not know where she had been wandering all this time
She witnessed her family cry, and so did the sky
And then, she saw it, her body in front of her eyes
Without a soul, without a breath
With her hand, she touched the empty holes in her face
And with *******, retraced the place her eyes once filled
The light that would creep out so delicately
But there was nothing.
A cold blue body, laying still on a bed that was not hers
In a room that she did not love
And then, the clouds slowly parted, a yellow rays came in and touched her
Until, slowly, her entire being broke into tiny pieces
Of pink, purple, green and yellow
And formed little butterflies that would one day float
In the green meadows April offered.
In memory of a friend
