Sometimes I forget
That my words can be used as weapons
Until they’re already sailing toward their target
Ready to explode upon impact

I use my promises
like i use my weapons
recklessly,
filled with regret.

Toy Box
To build an empire you need the right tools
And Imperial Japan had those in abundance
Armed to the teeth with skilled warriors willing to fight
Advanced warplanes like the Zero, Val and Kate
The best torpedoes in the world the Long Lance
The Bushido fighting spirit of never surrender
Outlawed explosive bullets won an empire
A wicked tool was the ‘Assault No 1’ standard military-issue ******
**** as a weapon of war with Comfort Women the prize
Fighting spirit blooded from 1931 until 1945
When the Divine Wind was unleashed
Ravenously fighting till the Imperial Empire fell

Detonate the Night
The attack came with the ferocity of war
War like only we can know
For we knew this moment was coming
But we didn’t think it would be so
Bad in the way that death is final
And all knowing that life ceases
When enemy explosive discharges on our positions
All we can do is to wait it out and endure
Those who survive must be ready to resist
Throw our enemy back from whence he came
But killing him is more preferable to that
For he will return in twenty years like he has done now
We will bear his bombardment and emerge
Then we will defeat him and smash his army and weapons
And savage his homeland as he does ours and we will win
Once the shells stop we will rally those who remain
And we will charge his guns so Victory is ours

I’m a small child reading
About a grown man bleeding
And the buzzards feeding
On his agonizing feelings

I look down the pike
Of an impaling spike
Through my life
Showing what I’m like

Hanging from the noose
Tied to mother goose
She can’t cut loose
So we fuse

I utilize her lessons
As my only weapons
To fight the deafened
Once I feel threatened

A decaffeinating
Decapitating
Trap is waiting
The wrath of hating
Is life fading

I grab my mace
But can only flail
I try to ace
This test I fail

I don’t find validation
At the salad station
Or in *******
But a taboo sensation
That entered the equation

Enemy archers draw their bows
Waiting for me to change
Once I decide what I know
They feel I’m in range
So they start killing me slow
Because I’m so strange

Even the dimmest guards
Hold scimitars
And rip apart
My different heart

Their prima donna
Japanese katana
Wraps me in drama
Like a hurricanrana

I hold my spear
To stave off fear
But darkness nears
So I switch gears

I find a mercenary
I hope can parry
The extraordinary
Darkness staring
At me so scary

But the bantam
Abandons
Our tandem
That slammed them

A cruel sly
Cool guy’s
Fool’s lie
Bullseye
To my fly
Hurt my pride

All alone
Weapons grow
Into modern woes
Making minds explode

An AK-47
Teleport to heaven
Leaves my body reddened
From bullets embedded

No medic around
I sink into the ground
Like a child who’s drowned
In the weapons he’s found
My palms are growing wet
Sweat has covered my trigger
Night and day in enemies nest
Operating like battalions of mere singers.

I fight 21st century with 20th century bullet
Blood on my face, wounds yielding deeper
In shattered body my brethren in uniform rest
Unjust funding makes our defence wall weaker.

Father, I am in a wilderness fighting a shapeless war
No back ups, no one is watching out for our fall
Like we are dying for those who don't care about us
Our enemies are in golden armor while we ride on horse.

Mother, did the demise of my gun brothers makes the headlines?
I heard the 'next level' was lunched on that day
And my superiors disown us to dine at the front line
Well, don't cry yet, I'm still alive at least for today.

Oh, my palms are wet and my hopes like a thread
My eyes shed more tears than the blood my gun sheds
We are too weak to keep pulling these triggers
Aso Rock, upgrade us now or take us home to our fathers.

Why did you let it carry on so long,
knowing it was the corrupted wrong
                                                     of love.
Not was meant to be shown the way
it collected on a pillow of white sorrows.

What should of happened!!!
Grabbing that toy next to you,
jagged part lunged into  a jugular
of his regret. No sorrow only his
flooding over me..
                            and I smile its over.

But in reality I took the beating of his
                                 inconsistent rage....
If words were weapons I'd have given
him two hollow points to the chest.

But I was young, innocent for so long...
Trauma buried till tracks bled my pain.
Misunderstood stones swallowed in a pool
that I wanted to drown silently in.

I awoke years later knowing I wasn't the
tool of his anger, just a vessel
                                                to put pain upon.
Sorrow made me stronger than even I knew.

More than yesterday, Im stronger not weaker
than when I was innocent. I hold no jest..
The past is a reflection and mine shines brighter.

an arid earth can suffer to gag
through the suffocation of its tenants,
flailing with torrential—cataclysmic—seismic
limbs at the cold-hand smothering by
a race in apathy.

though, let's not just yet, not yet
pull the bullets from our guns.

Words have power
They can pierce your bones
The right ones devour
Your very soul
Peaceful ones flower
And make you whole

Others cut deep
Leave scars, angry red
Make you lose sleep
As they dance in your head
Your happiness they reap
Until your spirit is dead

The strong message they send
Cannot be erased
They twist and they bend
They demand to be faced
They make ideas blend
Leaving a bad aftertaste

You cannot try to forget
The things you hear
Like a cigarette
They take what you hold dear
They sing a duet
Of shame, grief, and fear

Once it is said
It penetrates the defenses
Causing joy or dread
Sometimes beyond recompenses

Words can move you
Words can ****
Words can pierce through
Words can thrill

Each time you part your lips
The words that stain the air
Can sink the finest ships
Or be an answer to a prayer
"Say what you mean. Mean what you say."
