In the puddles and

the downpours of life, the frogs --


jump around for joy.

I dance with the park,

in the rhythm of my passes --


it walks on with me.

Singing a mantra

together, sounds full of life --


in - out of ourselves.

I'm very relieved,

yesterday I was ready:


I have decided!

We sit in silence,

the silence of our state-room --


echoing silence.

The fountain is clear,

I dry myself with some grass --


The nightingale sings.

Unless you see your chains you're not free
Unless you see your flesh you're not spirit
And unless spirit and soul mutually see
You cannot know there's Another in your midst

Unless you are silent and still
You cannot feel the gentle wind
Nor hear its whispering song
Nor discern it's voice in the harmony, or dissonance

In music you sense

Order, wow, it just happens –


A perfect world now!

You saved me yesterday
When the rolling clouds were dark

The wind, like a hurricane,
Was whipping through my heart

It was beating just as loud as the thunder over head
All i felt was dread

The ground shook with emotion
While i tried to hold it in

But my mind felt like exploding from the pain that i was in

Then you, stranger, walked on by
And took me by surprise

Grabbed my hand, pulled me up,  looked into my eyes

All you said was 'hi'
And i felt that could breathe

My heart, though it stayed racing
Stopped pounding in my sleep

Angry clouds above me
Started to evaporate

The walls that surrounded me
Began to dissipate

And though the world was shining
Once again renewed

I couldn't take my eyes off of the beauty that was you
