She kissed me
not because
she wanted to
but because
she could.

We fell in
love.
Not because
we could
but because
we wanted to.

We made
mistakes.
Not because
we wanted to
but because
we could.

We thought
we were
perfect.
Not because
we could
but because
we wanted to.

I vomited in
the bathroom
of a
Baltimore
7-11
because
sometimes
you cannot
hold it in
much
longer.

Her hands shook
as she held her
mirror
because
sometimes
your reflection
can only
tell you
so much.

My body shook.
Her body stiff.
And when
the bodies
move
the hearts
stop.

She lied some.
I drank words.
The veins
in hands
are maps
to imagined
consciousness.

Really,
it's just
a
*******
*****.

Music to
my ears.
Nervousness
between
blinks.
Noise to
my brain.

She said,
"I love you"
not because
she wanted to
but because
she could.

I said,
"I love you, too,"
not because
I could
but because
I wanted to.
We love you more than you could know,
We see your pieces as a whole
I wish you'd really look inside
And see the beauty no one can hide
Your poems are gold
Your words are bold
Light that no one can hide

Everything that is beautiful is cracked; that's how the light gets in

Cry quietly in a corner
Don't make a big scene
Don't let anyone think something's wrong
Remember not to be mean

Cry quietly in a corner
Don't drown anyone in your sorrow
You only have to live through today
You can **** yourself tomorrow

Cry quietly in a corner
Shield yourself from the world
For all they know you just like to cause trouble
Just a bratty little girl

Cry quietly in a corner
Don't let them see your pain
What's the most that they can do, help?
But what from that can you gain?

Cry quietly in a corner
They'll never know what's wrong
When you try to tell he says
"Those **** emo songs"

Cry quietly in a corner
Like the whiner they think you are
Like they care about the reason
Your wrist looks like it has bars
The difference between you and I is
You don't believe in remorse or regrets
and

I do.
except we both made the same mistake: him.
I waste too much time
Thinking about you
Talking to you
Sleeping with you
I waste too much time
With you in my dreams
With you in my heart
Sharing a soul with you
They say time is wasted
When one isn't being productive
When there are things that need doing
So, I waste too much time
Sharing moments lost in love
Consumed with your essence
With what ifs and what could be
I linger in the most peaceful of places
Yes, I waste too much time
Being happy with you

IOU
I see your enchanting beauty
Closing my eyes
Hear your melodious tunes
Plugging my ears
Praise your love and compassion
Shutting my mouth
Smell your divine fragrance
Snubbing my nose
Sense your magnanimity
Untouched
Reach and merge in you
Unaided
All I need is your blessing
To qualify myself
Oh my Lord! I Owe You.
He is the romantic poet
She is his daily diet
THERE

he was kissing her dreams,
holding her heart
taking her lips
loving her form
from his manly smell
he envelops her
and kissed her love
as he gives her daisies, roses
and brings his soul to her,
he picks her up
and gives her a loving surprise
and loves her like there will be no tomorrow
as he lays her in his dreams.

He molds her body with his hands
as lips dance all over her
then lifts her to new heights,
giving is he,
and fast falling in love with this man.

He takes her hand
and leads her to his domain
he whispers in her ear,
I will always love you
and his loving is slow and long
holding her in his position
his lips tingle her all over
his tongue explores every inch..

Her body is tingling
wanting more and more,
as she cries his name
he whispers in her ear
as she moans
he kisses her flower
she falls into her dream state
of passion and complete love ...
