Beaty eyes
they stare into me.
Beaty heart
I feel the shake.
Beady sweat
between brows gather.
Beaty bodies
we feed the anxiety.

I am a boy named Tony
My girlfriend's name is Beaty
She doesn't allow me to sing
She think my guitar playing has no feeling
I just want to write her love melody
If the world is not so ruined
My Beaty is a bit undereducated
I blame for her childhood and family
I will show her all the words with love and meaning
Until she become my favourite poet

One of me and my cousins
favorite places to play
Was behind Papas shop
I can still smell the saw dust
Repairs were made
That one could trust
Made from cinder blocks
Was a minnow pond
There is where Papa
Raised his own fishing bait
The wild blackberry field
Grew thorny on the other
Side of the gate
Best times of my youth
Spent on The Hill
Jumping off the pumphouse
Drawing in the sand
Playing chase with my cousins
While waiting for Grandma's
Sunday dinner,
Youth was so grand
Uncle Beaty's trailor was at the center Of the hill,  where his sister's took turn Caring for him, where his wisdom
Was instilled
When I brought Uncle Beaty
His dinner I would stay
To listen to his prayers
He placed in my heart
God's truth deeply within
Protecting me from my future of sin
For the simpleness of life
The greats of my family
Have revealed to me
Is to spread the love of
Jesus,  your heart will be
♡♡♡Set free♡♡♡
Lord, thank you for the great blessings of The Hill, Grandma, Papa, Aunt Mama Jane, Uncle Truette and Uncle Beaty. Truth in my heart forever instilled♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

Beast
Brieana Rose Mar 2015
I watch you, I watch you grow into the beautiful master piece of art you are .
You're magnificent , and rare to find.
It's the middle of the night and the moon shines bright through my window and the cool breeze blows my chimes .
My name is being howled in the mountains by you.
It's like Mozart , music to my ears .
Thus passion I have ought to be a sin , because you're a beast .
But yet so caressing so passionate .
It's a full moon , you run through every mountain .
I wait and you arrive , with therefor I pause.
Panting , motionless
I gently touch your fur and stare into your red Beaty eyes .
I can't help but pour my love , I see this beautiful art work.
Not a beast but a master piece
Nobody wants you in this town , they have such hatred , animosity .
But they are just degrading a beautiful creature .
You're so dangerous and can **** with the sharp claws and teeth but instead we make passionate never ending love and those claws scratch my back and those teeth sink in my neck .
I become alive , just like you .

Grey eyes lined with silver,
set on a frame of black.
With newspaper folded up tight,
I heard it's laced with crack - *******.

His fingertips are melted,
and her nails are peeling off.
He stuffed his cigarettes in his pocket,
but she took them when he wasn't looking.

I thought the beaty music was a falsity,
but she didn't lie when she told me.
I didn't want to be there,
just a face in their foggy window.

With lines of trying times on tables,
with the ash trays over flowing.
There was nothing left but lies and fables,
like when mom would sing me lullabies.

They don't remember that,
or stickers, or coloring, or-
just the slow patter on asphalt,
as they run from the lights and the sound.

But the tables are turning with concrete,
and their eyes are rolling back dark.
A star light of noise and asphyxiation,
will be such a salt, such a nice destination.

Unexpected soul

Unexpected
Before I even knew your name
I knew I loved your smile
How you concentrated on my eyes
when I spoke
Or just gazing to gaze
Giving energy through eye contact
You made sure I was warm
You didn't need to say anything
Because I knew
And you knew that knew
Because we spoke about it
Genuine kind honest communication
So natural
A life force
The calm of your ocean eyes
Souls are stars
Stars are flames
People with names
You listened with your whole self
Including your heart
You lit up when you spoke
And this gentle reality
Of us wandering
Alone, yet together
Became more and more real
We got it
And we opened it
And we let it breathe
We traveled
And gave our souls vacation
You are beautiful
You don't just
See beaty
That is what you are made of
And you gave me some to spread along
I am forever grateful
Humbled
Awed inspired
By who you chose to be every **** day
You truly are a soul flame
Here to light the world in goodness
Creation
Thank you
From every cell of mine
How I will dream about gazing into each others eyes
You have been my every kind of friend

Fake was the gold
She spun from her wheel.
Did you not know the farse to get here?
A Lie the tower
He climbed to reach her.
Tell the children of the witches plot.
Don't forget to hide the gold.
Tie it with a ribbon,
Leave it cold.
String a tear,
wear 'round your neck.
Bewitch a prince.
Hide the cinder foot.
Don't go in the woods.
It's beaty,
Will kiss you awake.
While your gallant steed pulls away.
Charge on to another day.
Watch for troubles,
On the way.
Fair maidens in towers
Glass on their feet.
Beware troubles,
Beholden in Fairytales.
The story's never over,
Though we stare at books end.

Forty Odd Years
Steve Jul 2023
Pristine, sixteen and kean as the wind
She was twinned with a storm
The day she was born
And since I met her
Forty odd years have passed
Mostly for better, never for worse
Some things are built to last
And even after all the years
I can still hear her footsteps
Coming up those concrete stairs.
If I close my eyes, it’s like yesterday
Delivering the milk in the student block
Clink clanking away
I could set my clock.
She was from Camp Road on the Mayfield estate
Her dad’s yellow Datsun
Driving through the Abbey’s gate
To pick her up and take her home
“When do we meet him?”
She said he’d moan
“Like a rabbit in the headlight”
She said he said
As I shuffled away and headed for bed
Pernod and black on my wardrobe shelf
You’d let yourself in and help yourself
So self assured for one so young
I can still taste that Pernod on your tongue.
We just knew that we liked each other
Something inside told us that
From sweet innocence to a natural born mother
And you always looked good in a hat
Do you remember that first day
You came into my room?
It was the end of term
And you were the new broom!
How many times
Did you clean my window that day?
And we talked and we laughed
As we thought of things to say.
I couldn’t wait till September ended
And the college reopened
And our separation was suspended
Then I had to ask Beatie where you were
I still feel that little chill of despair
“She’s away tae Spain son”
“She’ll no be back till next week”
Oh how I breathed that sigh of relief
And counted the days till then
When I’d see you smiling again
And when you arrived, you wore the crown
Sparking eyes, electric skin
Golden brown, oh, where to begin?
I could only dream
Of wedding bells and perfume smells
Like the cat who got the cream.

Time and a word, that was right for me
Yes the moment that we knew
That what would be would always be.

Forty odd years, where did it go?
Imagine if we’d never met?
In a world I wouldn’t want to know
Heaven forbid.
But thank the fates that we did.
People and places all those old faces
Remember Rab and Ray, back in the day
Gorgeous guys, fun and wise
And Elaine and Jack, they had your back
Gorgeous gals, the best of pals
Then there was The Sun Inn
And The Bottom Shop
And the Justinlees
Where we drank a drop
- and shot the breeze.
Those were the days in so many ways
A world away
But doesn’t it seem just like yesterday?

Broken
Emma Jane Smith Jun 2012
I see not only your beaty on the outside
but also your beauty within
and the thought of unleashing your inner thoughts
is like going on a ride
and a good friend of mine once told me;
'fight for what you love'
and it's strange, because we've only just met
so why is this rushing through my head?
and the day that you finally let me see into the real you
i realised my feelings were true

i'm in love
it's nothing like what i felt with all the others
You fill my stomach with butterflies
and when i think about you, i can't help but blissfully sigh
you make me nervous all the time
and i can't help but come up with rhymes about you
if only, i think, you'd love me too

the day you told me you loved me
i was buzzing like a bee
nothing could wipe the smile off my face
and nothing could slow the pace of my heart
for as long as you and i are friends, my heart shall never part

then came the day that i was told you no longer loved me
i wondered why i hadn't seen this coming
and the guitars of my heart stopped strumming
my heart tore in two
one part stayed with me
the other went with you.
When you walked away from me that day
you left me broken
and now i'll never be the same
you changed me, the day you came.
