Fairy tales are for girls!
That seems to be the staple
But who do you think
Wrote these timless fables?

Not just the women
Conjured these epic tales
Of princesses and beasts
How the hero always prevails

It's the men who want to hear
Her desperate song from the tower
We want to rescue her
Before her witching hour

Watch her exquisite face
As she sleeps within her shell
Knowing it's his destiny
To rid her of the evil spell

He wants to be her Knight
Shielder, Protector, Defender,
Prince nontheless
Every girl wants her Hero
But the guys need his Princess.

A blue black cloud, all over me is written JOY
in the script of vapor, dense, moist and meaningful,
I am light, like a feather, the breeze is in love with me for that,
I love his gentle persuasion to waft, move about, explore..
and then--ravaged by wind my love changes direction.

I love freedom more than anything, but forgot limits, hover
now, I am no more attached to the green hills, they are jealous,
far above them am I, untouched by their vainglorious pride,
I am not hard-hearted, parched fields send shivers of lightning
break me in to thousand  smaller pieces, scatter around.

My love for this earth is kindled by the sights unfurling below
all the egrets, cormorants, storks and herons of great magnificence,
those kind hearted friends that fly with me often are in pain
like the farmers, there isn't enough water for anything.

A cloud is a thought, inspired by the love for mother earth
by the ocean I am gifted to the breeze, to tour around,
on many lands fell my shade, found life in all varieties,
now is the time to be kind at heart, melt, fall in torrents.
A cloud when you analyze is a thought full of love for earth, humanbeings

Another night has fallen on you
What have you seen in your life?
As you stand in your Truth

Your stand in your strength

You've seen many others fall
But you stand there strong and firm
The bold branches that you sprawl

So majestic
With your royal crown
You've earned the title
While the rest have rotted and drowned

Men have won
And dreams have failed
You didnt flick a leaf
Or acknowledge a single tale

You just keep on with your diligence
In your own Honest perfection
A lesson to be learned
From the Oak's perception.

we are all in this together
aren't we all just the same
we should treat each other better
why do we play this hurtful game

words scorch, and so does rejection
burning heat of judging glares
eyes seek a downward direction
when it seems that no one cares

poison arrows aimed at destroying
hitting people in the heart
bullets fly from the fingers pointing
slowly tearing the victim apart

what we need is understanding
no one is perfect, none have the right
the bully only stands there laughing
thinking they have won a fight

but

power comes from the strangest places
a bully will only live in regret
we were made to grow in stages
they haven't seen the best of you yet

Letting go can be tough
Perhaps the harshest measure
Many times we will face
Changes that last forever

"What if I'd done this?"
"What if I'd done that?"
Questions to go unanswered
And irrelevant to the fact

The adoption of acceptance
Is your only quest
The only option to be alloted
Now swallow to digest

Observe the tremble in your hands
Your eyes begin glistening
Your heart is in your ears
But who's the one listening?

As it courses through your veins
Something celebrates in your heart
Every storm runs out of rain

The Truth in you prevails
As you begin to emerge
Once again to raise the sails

You've let it run it's course
You've stopped the irradic spinning
Focusing on the Now
Every breath a new begining

The only stake it has claimed
Is to your education
Simply a reminder
Of life's continuing alteration

To err is only human
And Forgiveness is Divine
You, they, deserving or not
Just turn the coin to see the shine

Yes, we have a choice
To see the brighter side
We don't have to dwell
In the illusion of The Lie

Just as it came
Let it go with an ease
Accepting what it WAS
Join your Self and thaw the freeze

It will come again
Your Knowing, now a weapon
It has lost the ferocity
Sanity no longer threatened

You can call it thick skinned
Or unwavering balance
You can call it indifferent
I will call it an Allowance.

every mountain has stories to tell
they've been watching for so many years
seeing every climber that fell
hearing screams with rock face ears

every river knows of the pain
pushing it away into collective bays
washing every hurtful stain
lives are turned to red bank clay

every sun ray does it's job
warming hearts with just one glance
making our chests beat and throb
letting us know we still have a chance
