With colourful words on paper I paint,
Creating images, some bleak, some quaint,
The source eternal, the well of my soul,
To ease other's burden, my wordly goal.

If what I share, can ease your pain,
Then comfort from words, we both shall gain,
Pains shared by one, can help cure two,
So share my words, my gift to you.

One day there was a bright glowing canvas, a pure sparkling white
It was beautiful, but not complete
Then someone came along and drew lines on it to form flowers and mountains and streams, it was more beautiful and it made the natural white look more distinct
Then one day someone else added color and the canvas radiated and became more and more complete, it seemed whole and functional
Suddenly, one day someone came along and slew the canvas, destroying its color till it showed black, and an ugly black
The canvas seems so drab so empty without its color, so lifeless
People refused to help the canvas, refused to anything about the canvas slayer refused to listen to the canvas’ plea
Instead the canvas slayer’s free to roam free to hurt and damage other canvas
Who will restore the canvas?
Who will bring justice?
Why is the canvas slayer free to roam while the canvas feels imprisoned, crushed, victimized?
Why is the canvas treated like a criminal?
When will the canvas feel free, joyful and peaceful?

THIS POEM IS DEDICATED TO VICTIM'S OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND OTHER FORMS OF ABUSE.
I went through domestic abuse in the past and that is why I had wrote the above poem.
This house of hyperbole,
Does defy credulity,
Let's all exaggerate,
Aim to manipulate,
"I shall love you infinitely!"
Sounds a normal hyperbole,
"I never got over you!"
Am  I am a drama mama too?
You want me and need me,
But you don't love me,
Is that called two out of three?
Or more hyperbole?
Why answer such questions?
I'm always open to your suggestions,
As usual for you and me,
In this house of hyperbole........

It oddly feels like I'm so light
after millions and an hour
my mind couldn't rest.
Again I breathe at best
Like on top of a tower
I could sleep it off and tight.

It ain't chased me down at night,
the bitter sweetness of ours
Yet had come undressed.
Palpably nothing coalesced,
getting rid of what overpowers
takes a little longer, but I'm so light.
This time words chose to make it simple.
Trying something new and to loosen up my mind.

Little Bear
Under a jesters hat in the court of kings
is a dancing peasant before the queen
such fine robes of purple silk do I wear
fancy that.. you pretty thing.
Such splendid tea parties with the finest of ladies
conversing gaily of the weather
and other such nonsense
things I know not
What utter tripe
guttersnipe
ne'er-do-well
pouring tea
Such dainty things the tailor brings
twirling in such finery
while the little piglet powders it's nose
and calls herself pretty

You were a surprise
You entered my life like a tidal wave
A ray of sun at midnight
A spotlight in a deep cave
I didn't see you coming
You took me by storm
Turning my life upside down
Totally against the norm
I put up my barriers
Then I built walls
But you broke them down
Consuming me, my all
Your tidal wave has receded
Your light, gone to stay
No golden rays of sun,
Even in mid day
The whole world seems heartbroken
Even the birds have lost thier song
And I'm left in tears
Not understanding what went wrong
You left my life quietly
Like the end of a hurricane
Leaving a trail behind you
Of destruction, tears, and pain
