I want to describe you with the most brilliant poetry.
I want to tell with beautiful words how you have a slight smirk when you smile, one side of your mouth raising higher than the other.
I want to compare your eyes to the ocean or the sky, so blue I can't look away.
I want to describe your hands, so exotically carved that I can see your bones as your fingers dance across the piano.
I want you to be astonished at how I can beautifully string together the most amazing words in my vocabulary just to try and describe how you make me feel.
I want to be a poet for you.
I'm going insane over this boy.

the first time our eyes met
possibilities filled my heart
you smiled at me softly
i could feel that spark

the first time our hearts met
you made my still blood flow
we stayed up late, just talking
about things we didn't know

the first time our skin met
the warmth then filled my veins
we started a fire together
making love in the rain

.
.
.

the first time our egos met
the collision took it's toll
we got lost in the explosion
where did our pieces go?

.
.
.

the last time our eyes met
you were driving away
you looked toward me blankly
with nothing left to say
How to know if you're in love?
Well, do you cry at night?
Have you ever seen someone and been so incredibly happy that they exist
But so devastated that they're not yours?
When they smile, do you get weak?
If yes, then you might be in love.
I see your face
Distorted by water
But as I breathe out,
I see nothing but bubbles
Then everything is gone
*And all I see is blue
I found a website with poem ideas and so I wrote down like 15.
My ears forgot her laughter
My hands forgot her body
My skin forgot her touch
My nose forgot her scent
My tongue forgot her taste
My eyes forgot her beauty
My heart forgot her love

But my ******* bed
still has her *******
imprint upon it.
One day I was walking to the kitchen,
you know, to eat,
when I passed the mirror in the hallway.

I've walked by that mirror countless times,
you know, on my way to the kitchen,
but this time something really grabbed my attention.

I stopped and caught my glance in the looking glass,
you know, the one in the hallway,
and just could not look away for the life of me.

In fact I did the opposite and got closer and closer,
you know, to the mirror,
until at last my forehead was pressed up against it.

Then my reflection blinked and smiled at me,
you know, showing its teeth,
but it had giant dripping fangs and smouldering eyes.

I screamed as it reached through the glass and grabbed me,
you know, with it's talon claws,
and yanked me right through into the reflective prison.

I looked around and saw the interior of my home reversed,
you know, like in a mirror,
and the only light came from a strange and unfamiliar window.

I peeked tentatively into the glass of this odd window,
you know, only it wasn't a window,
and saw the horrible fanged thing smiling back at me again.

Then it reached up and eagerly waved hello,
you know, like waving goodbye,
and smashed the glass all to pieces.

As it shattered the light ran out of my new world,
you know, like purgatory,
so I sat down and thought: "Man I'm ******* hungry."
