i like angry poetry
the kind that churns
in your gut,
with razors for teeth
and gums bleeding.
i like the violent sound
of verbs clashing
on a decaying page,
like the shot of a gun
on a quiet day.
i like the poetry that stays,
that lies in waiting
like a dog in a cage,
words that creep like
voided birds into the
wired tress of my brain,
that pay their rent
like drunken travelers
and trash the place.
i like angry poetry
the kind that sears it's
screams to my lips,
which spirit echoes and
moans for eager,
****** eyes.
words that hit like *****,
giving their reader
a killer hangover.
i like angry poetry,
the kind that leave you
with a smoky exit.

the horizon is slipping away,
together we float in endless skies,
our boats swimming in waves of heat,
with only tides to drag us back to reality
the rain hides our fears of tomorrow,
washing away the sins of the day
your smile killing any words on my lips
as we dance towards the sun

Whenever I see a sky full of stars
I always search for the brightest one
Just like you, I see you as if you're the
brightest star I've fallen for
But not like me, cause I'm just a star
who lost it's spark
when you replaced me

zero
I orbit around the
star of your eyes.
Spinning in circles
through black stellar skies.

Your cosmic pull
is a binding so tight that
I revolve
despite your blinding light.

You scar me
with solar flares and burns,
and all I can do
is turn
and turn
and turn.

But better to burn
than to be alone
for my body would turn
to ice on it's own.

Gravitational attraction
holds me in your clutch.
Though I'm always beside you,
we'll never touch,

but if you should ever
fall from the sky,
as you go down
so shall I.

Philosophical
they say that home isn't four walls and a roof,
but eyes and a heartbeat.
perhaps it's true
because ever since you walked away from the door,
i feel so homeless.
I'd still let you in if you ever come back.

Your twilight moons
white irises, that flicker
within the nights confines
clasp at the velvet darkness
pulling the stars into orbit
obtaining galaxies of their own
feeding a universal luster
eclipsing at the sight of dawn
