With our eyes cast downward
We pretend not to see
The misery and demise  
In the wake of our greed

Cold or unloved

I've always known
Yet will never get to meet

Everyone
That I know
Has met her

All...
But me

I see her sometimes
Through others' eyes

I may catch a glimpse
