I suddenly felt so human.

I think this is how being a human
is supposed to feel like.

I felt so vulnerable,

yet blissful..

I felt like im floating,

but at the same time,

so grounded..

I felt a surge of so much love..
so much attachment.

And it felt like it's what I'm made for.

It's what Im here for.

Morning Thoughts
Babylyn Nov 2021
It's when you want him around,
but not wrapped around your body.
It's when you stay over
because nowhere feels more homely.
It's also when you sleep
and tangling isn't necessary.
That you realize,

companionship is the epitome
of intimacy.

Shhh

Waterfall --
A masterpiece
The child of lust and fantasy.
With every grasp,
and every gasp
of air, i take you deep in me.
Vowels --
O, my preference
The sound wipes out my innocence.
On every floor,
by every door
we leave, traces of shared experience.

Magic!
Babylyn Jun 2019
Heartbreaks
turn
heartaches
into
written poetries

And
recoveries
set ablaze
those
old
paper sheets

Oh!
the things
that
love can do;

create
pyromaniacs
and

air pollution,
too.
Randomly thought about lol

Just to remind you
Babylyn Jul 2018
Some wounds never heal
but the scars remain for a reason;

A Lesson
Let it stay. It's something to be proud of, soon

A status that says I'm fine
And the world believes
Oh how great we are at pretending

We are one

Don't hate the man
for being black
No he doesn't steal.
Like you,
he works
day or night
to provide himself a meal.

Don't hate the man
for being white
He's just nice as you.
He has his job
and has his friends
to whom he remains so true.

Don't hate the man
for being Muslim
and is praying
to his God.
For he does no harm
to anybody,
and isn't at all bad.

Don't hate the man
for being Christian
and is attending
their mass.
He's being thankful
of whatever he's had
and of
whatever he still has.

Don't mock the man
who lost his leg
and could
not run as fast.
For he still has
his heart as whole
who is capable to love.

Don't hate the man
Don't hate the girl
or anyone you see.
For everyone
desires to be loved
even you and me

If we became friends
I'll help you hide the body
Then we'll have some beer
That's what friends are for, right?

The other
Babylyn Feb 2016
"How often do you fall in love?"
He asked

"As often as I hear you talk"
I answered

"How often do you get your heart broken?"
He added

"As often as I hear you talk

...about her"

Oh, Anxiety
Babylyn Feb 2016
No words of wisdom can cure
a feeling felt
by the victim so poor.
A killer coming out
before the clock strikes three
stabbing you from the inside
Oh, anxiety

Now you start to feel shaky
And you know
it's another night without sleep
The feeling so nostalgic
Oh, anxiety

Those days were over
Finally
I knew my soul is free
From my body hanging
on the ceiling
Oh, anxiety

My angel
Babylyn Feb 2016
He's an angel
I tell you
With wings of tequila scent,
and brilliant as the light,
He shines.

He's an angel
I tell you
In search for him,
I walk the land
of never ending footsteps

It's a nightmare
eaten by a dream

Never can I ever
Fly with him

I AM
Babylyn Feb 2016
A chokehold
on my own throat,
A dust
in my own eyes,
A Sinkhole
on my boat,
A fool
of my own lies

The only one
allowed to do
this to myself?

I AM

If I die
Babylyn Feb 2016
If I die
turned hard and cold
not given a chance to grow so old
Bury me not
six feet down the ground
For I won't hear
no susurrus
no sound

If I die
pale and lifeless,
no more failing
on life's test
Burn me not to ashes,
I'll leave no trace
Keep me in mind
not in a vase

If I die
lying in my coffin
a candle lit night
a lot of people staring,
cry for me
but not for long
Be firm as my body
Be that strong

If I die
and years have passed
forget me not
please not that fast.
Remember
my name
and who I've been
Let me die
but not forgotten.
