Lost in reality
caught up in a dream

__

Caught in the crossfire
of a broken moon
and a falling star,
closed my eyes and
made a wish
on the wrong one,
losing you
to the sunrise

There's black and white and all the colours in between
Red, Blue, Orange, Green
but grey is the only one I've ever seen

Cutting yourself
to feel something
something inside
like you're not empty

as you see the blood
pour out the emptiness
remains and the pain
doesn't disappeared

it stays
heavy
weighing down
it stays

unable to leave

you drain yourself
emptying yourself
into the sink
but the pain

remains and
nothing changes
you can't go back
the cuts are there

the scars a reminder
of the emptiness
the meaningless
the nothingness

you once had, a reminder
of a feeling you couldn't
be rid of
I woke up a villian from my worst nightmare
Too scared to defend those that really matter
Seeing the heroes of the story
And watching all their dreams shatter
Weaponless against the clock
That just keeps ticking
If time is all that really matters
Then why am I still breathing?
I can't control the emotionless toll it takes on my mind
I'll never be brave enough to try and turn back time
It ticks a little faster whenever I'm running late
And slows down completely when I try to test fate
On a date with the mastermind behind all my evil plans
He's death incarnate but still proud of my artistic scams
And yet I find myself feeling ashamed of who I am
with that said,
let's **** **** up
You want us to lose our minds
because we're just kids
Us kids
have a story
a story beyond Slenderman and Batman.
We live
we breathe
we abide by society,
but no one expects us
to fight back
I'm a 15 year old kid,
but I hold much more than *silence

I'm lost
when I find myself
I'll come back for you
roses are red
violets are blue,
but none more brighter
than my love for you
