Two lovely birds
Watching the sky
Together, they fly
a girl kissed a boy
and told him not to tell
he grew up to be a poet
with a promise kept so well
till he wrote one day a poem
that she’s found reading, but forgot
and wondered if it’s really him
and thinking that it’s not
but buried within these pages
and hidden within the rhyme
were words dripping from his lips
caressing every line
so she came in a little closer
and read it to the end
and found him in the poem
and kissed his lips again
Now it’s your turn not to tell
The way you stand
The way you sit
The way you secretly laugh for a bit
You’ve been hurt
You’ve been broken
And yet your heart is wide open
You think no one sees
You think no one cares
But that is really just not fair
Because I see
Because I do
My heart is filled by just looking at you
Hey smile!
Where are you?
I'm searching you everywhere
But you are not there.

Is this our friendship
Which we have shared
I don't need you to be fake
Please give me a real smile
And awake

As it is the only one
Which can hide my pain
Comeback my dear
And stay on my face
Let's shake the hands
And disappear all the aches
They will laugh
But that won't stop you
They'll point out
Don't let that block you
Know your thing
And just keep going
Through the hard times
Slowly growing .

Stubborn
Strong
And restless be
See what others cannot see
Know what you want
Keep researching
No one knows for what you're searching
You define your own life-story
By your actions reach the glory
They will laugh But don't gain fear They'll point out Just fight, my dear
If there comes a time
that you might lose me
Find me in my poetry
These thoughts in my head
talk about me like I’m dead
“I’m here, you know!”, I say
but they keep talking away
So I scream all the louder
to get through their laughter
yet they snicker and cheer,
“Get out of here!”,
But I reply, “No!”
“It’s my mind you know!”
and I stay there instead
always in my head
If I was to die drowning
Let it be in your eyes

If I was to die suffocating
Let it be in your kiss

If I was to die of natural causes
Let it be by your side
