Put on your smile
Hide your eyes
For the day is coming
Don't forget your lies

Walk around lifeless
Forget the stares
You must keep quite
We wouldn't want glares

Rehearse your lines
Speak as if your fine
Don't act like your looking
You don't need a life line

They don't need to know
They will not care
Darkness may consume you
But life is never fair

The blade is your friend
The blood your life
I promise I'll never leave
Love your switchblade knife
There is no need for all this strife,
All that’s required is Love of Life.
Religions and philosophies all seek Good,
Trying to get us out of this wood.
All you need is Love, The Beatles said,
So let’s put Evil and Hatred to bed.

Christian, Muslim or worshipping Buddha,
Atheist, Humanist, Taoist, Shinto, Hindu, Wiccan or any other,
It doesn’t matter for you are my Brother.
We’re all the same in God’s loving eyes
(Whether you believe or not)
From mighty whales to tiny flies.

Tigers bite and wasps do sting,
But each of them is a black and gold thing.
Life is precious in every form,
We all get beaten by that storm.

Give us a wormhole and we will find
Countless exoplanets that’ll blow your mind.
In the swathe of the universe we are but a speck,
Prepare yourself for an endless Star Trek.

But first we need to put our own Earth right,
And now it’s such a sorry sight.
Having technology is all very well
If all you can make is our version of Hell.
The human mind is far behind I hate to say,
We have to find the Loving Way.

There was once a carpenter's son;
he died by his stepfather's profession
about an item made of wood

He died by his stepfather's profession
carrying wood upon his back

He died by his stepfather's profession
with wood touching him
He died by his stepfather's profession
by wood with nails in skin...
Ironically this man of love and peace
who preached peace and
love knew about wood
by his earthly father;
died on wood...
I.

Let’s contend no more, Love,
  Strive nor weep:
All be as before, Love,
  —Only sleep!

  II.

What so wild as words are?
  I and thou
In debate, as birds are,
  Hawk on bough!

  III.

See the creature stalking
  While we speak!
Hush and hide the talking,
  Cheek on cheek!

  IV.

What so false as truth is,
  False to thee?
Where the serpent’s tooth is
  Shun the tree—

  V.

Where the apple reddens
  Never pry—
Lest we lose our Edens,
  Eve and I.

  VI.

Be a god and hold me
  With a charm!
Be a man and fold me
  With thine arm!

  VII.

Teach me, only teach, Love
  As I ought
I will speak thy speech, Love,
  Think thy thought—

  VIII.

Meet, if thou require it,
  Both demands,
Laying flesh and spirit
  In thy hands.

  IX.

That shall be to-morrow
  Not to-night:
I must bury sorrow
  Out of sight:

  X.

—Must a little weep, Love,
  (Foolish me!)
And so fall asleep, Love,
  Loved by thee.

Chaos
Someone once told me
Whenever I was lost
I should look to the stars
They would guide me home
But where are they tonight?
The sky is cloudy and grey
And no stars are in sight
Why aren't they here?
When I need them the most
I'm so, so lost and I need them
*I need them to guide me home
