My sweet beloved
Whispered a poem to my ear
It was spilled perfume
On a collection of shells
It was the bright star
That softly kissed the mountain
A guardian angel
To the dark night of the soul
How sweet is my beloved!

Breathe

Shy
You were
My sigh of relief
And now
You’re gone
And I’m sitting here
Gasping for air

nish
i pray for sleep tonight
and if i do sleep,
i pray i wake up the same person.
i know you're tired of the different sides
and i'm too tired to pretend i care
**** i'd like to wake up without aching bones sometimes
A storm is coming.
Can you see it rise?
Clouds on clouds,
Darkening the skies,

A whirlpool of seagulls
Their wings spread wide,
Observe from above
The swelling of the tide,

The sea as it churns
Angry and white,
Waves foaming and spluttering
In outbursts of light,

The air is like static,
Hear it crackle and hiss,
As it itches to experience
Lightning strike the abyss

The beach is deserted,
Been left cold and bare,
The ruins of sandcastles
Abandoned without care.

A storm is brewing,
Disturbed from its sleep,
Ruthless and wild
As it stirs from the deep.

ro
you

ro
you
you broke me in ways,
i never once imagined,
i'd be broken in.

you put me in situations,
i never once imagined,
myself in.

She liked new clothes,
She would wear them out for days-
till they got raggedy and thin,
then she would throw it out -

He liked her,
He watched her shop and pursue,
but he was still confused,
on the day she threw him out -

As if he wasn’t a new thing to try on
I tried to love you- but I like shiny new things
