I don't judge people by their mistakes and imperfections. I've
got my own scars.
Everyone will face something at one point
that will change them for life.
Never judge people for being depressed. Never.
Everyone faces a battle that you may know nothing about.
Never judge people for what is only skin deep.
The most broken people tend to love the most.
Don't focus on their imperfections. Don't focus on trying
to fix their mistakes. Focus on loving them.
Focus on trying to help them love themselves.
Teach them.
Demons aren't always visible from the outside.
Their demons are burrowed in their soul.
They are hidden.
Very few will completely understand how it feels.
Don't judge people for the cracks in their personality.
Their cracks show how many times they were under pressure,
and didn't completely shatter.

Pain. It hurts so bad
Shattering you inside.

Pain. Your beating heart
Is no longer alive.

Pain. Your weary eyes
Are blinded with dark lights.

Pain. The suffering
And guilt of your life.

Pain. Your teardrops
Stain your blotchy face.

Pain. Your veins throb
Expelling adrenaline as you fade.

Pain. Your mind goes blank
You don't have the attention you crave.

Pain. Your lips are cracked
After crying for hours straight.

Pain. You're shivering with cold
And no one will keep you safe.

Pain. Peer over the edge
Estimating the fall.

Pain. It's all you have
Once you fall in love.

Teach me Lord
Never to judge
when perfect I am not

Teach me Lord
Never to preach
When follow thou I not

Teach me Lord
Never to curse
when kind words fail me

Teach me Lord
Never to hurt
when healing is difficult

Teach me Lord
Never to preen
when virtues I fall short

Teach me Lord
Never to be arrogant
for I have not all

Teach me Lord
Never to be cruel
Lest your rage I invite

Teach me Lord
Never to seek revenge
I may too have betrayed

Teach me Lord
Never to Lie
spinning stories comes naturally

Teach me Lord
To be merciful
To forgive
To praise
To comfort
To utter truths
To be faithful
To stay strong
To be open
To be guarded
To be peaceful
To be resigned
To be humble

But above all to Love like you
Teach me Lord  your values, give me the strength to stay strong, when my miserable self , prostrate before thyself.

I shall seal my lips
Never open to utter
For I wonder
What is better
to speak your heart out
and be construed a fool
or to store it in
and be considered a sage
Sometimes what is better, to confront or to deal with the hurt. When I usually do, I fear the risk of loosing. Is it always me?

Poetry moves from within our souls,
It's emotions pouring out
Covering us in rhymes and flow,
Like rain from the clouds

Infinite letters, words and phrases
In various permutations we play
Collaboration between heart and mind
Breathed into these pieces that we lay

Touching lives with our written form
Healing with words, what's poetically true
Freedom of expression, thoughts and ideals
Crying out in ink, until our sadness is through

Similar in thoughts but meander through individual routes
We all sing the same but to different rhythm and tunes
Inscribe our innermost but to varying worthy causes
We all draw inspiration but from the same loyal moon

A different form of art, yet art none the same
It's in the eye of the beholder, so they say
Poetry is life drawn in pen, it's not an erasable game
It truly breathes life, looking forward to each new day

**We proudly fly our diverse flags
United under one banner
We revel in words of poetry
In the hopes they'd last forever
Deeply honoured by the fact that the amazing "The Girl Who Loved You" would even consider a collaboration with me! Such an experience! Thank you TGWLY for this opportunity! Awestruck!
