The sun burns brighter today.
I think another poem for the moon is completed.

The scars
that do
not
hide
are the
stitches that
hold
her
heart
right on
her sleeve.

I know poems does not have to be rhyme, but I am rhyming mine.

It is just a preference that everyone has the right,
But rhyme or not rhyme a poem is poem when author recites.

Some are composed deep, imaginative or metaphoric,
Some are written simple, nonfigurative or realistic.

However it is wrote,
However it is composed,
Your gift of writing deserved to be exposed.

Let the words just flow,
Let your pen and paper do its work,
Someone might need and enjoy it folk,
So continue on, for you're doing great work.

Never stop creating for there are people waiting, appreciating and needing,
You are part of the community that will keep artistry living.

Yes, you heard it right,
you are an artist, just if you keep it alive,
If you read this, received this pat on the shoulder, for you from mine.
You're blessed with this talent share them to world. Never stop creating and celebrating artistry. 😉

We rise and fall.
Carry stories
from far away.
Pull at rhythm
from above.
Protect our
deepest
elements.
Crash.
Find calm
after every
storm.

Your jurisdiction ends over my veil
You are nobody to rule on my zeal

This limited sovereignty is mine
Where I am free to cry or peal

Don't let your dubiety ask me
If I am leal to your creel.

Now I see
my path
of growth.
It’s one
where I fall
head over
heels
for every version
of myself
that got
lost
along the way.

Cheeks ablaze
Set on fire
Burning inside
Feelings rise higher
A 7 word poem on blushing

When I’m done
with this pattern,
I’ll knit
another one
that knows
exactly how
to keep
me hanging
by a thread.
This poem is about a battle I've been fighting my whole life: self-destruction. It's so sneaky and so complex, with false beliefs rooted in pain from the past. It's a journey to unravel these habits. One that trips me up all the time.

The
ugly truth
is that our
flaws
are what truly
make us
beautiful.
