Surprise surprise gleamed her honest eyes,
for a day of bliss and love shot by.
I’m the target down range, yet far from the center.
Whos pessimism looms like the fly.

Surprise surprise morns my solemn mind,
as that day drew colder so did I.
In life's game of questions, I carefully mention,
That just part of us can die.

Surprise surprise with a taste of time,
Your happiness turns to a crumbling climb.
To whom you owe the greatest debt,
Be those in deaths sublime.

Surprise surprise echoes natures chime.
It’s choices governed in sanctioned lines.
For all who read will reconsider
Their path will change with time.

Hello there.
Same sentence,
Different voice.
But I want to hear yours.
I dreamed about you last night.
Not really a surprise.
Just desire.
What?
I'm writing a small poem every day about how I feel or the world around me. This is #20

A storm is brewing
Breathing here is exhausting
A surprise exam

No one is prepared
To accept a zero score
The end is failure

Clutching our loose hope
Bracing for a strong impact
Preparing the worst

Yet we face nothing
Only a booming laughter
It's all a big joke
I experience this once and surely I almost cried because of his bad joke

Hearts will shiver
Souls will howl
They will mourn for the gentle eyes
That promised love

All that remains
Is a cold cellar of darkness

Not a whisper of joy
Only the echo of melancholy
A dark
And lonely grave
