I have got a language
the language I speak in
the language I understand more
the language that I do not understand
the language people like
the language people do not like

There is a voice that comforts
that makes people move
that makes statutes move
that shakes the world more.

You need to learn it
to understand it better
but you even do not need to learn it
because you are born with it.

I may not be rich
I may not be skillful
Also, I know I am not that good

The vain hunted my heart
the sorrow was my breakfast
I cried in my bedsheets
people called me coward
I was an awkward in front of everyone

I have got a love
Now I have fallen in love
I have got someone
someone that hears me
someone that heals me
someone that knows my everything
someone I tell my secrets

I also understand hers merely
she gives me a good life.
She gave me life.

Poetry gave me life
It brought me back to life
Poetry understands my everything
Poetry is my love
Poetry is mu crush

I AM A POET IN LOVE WITH POETRY
Karisa Brown Mar 2018
We are animalistic
Teeth on the edge
Of our overrated minds

Hey nobody said
Anythings wrong with that
Isn't it all just natural instincts

The inkling to deceive
What stands in our way
To get what is raw and poetic

To capture a taste
Of the purley ******

To be gods
Of our own making

Subtle and refined
I did not have in mind

Excuse me while
I reap a vengence

Pull me down.
Hold me c l o s e.
You're the one,
I want the m o s t.

Breathe in deep.
Pull your h a i r.
You wanna be here,
I wanna be t h e r e.

What's old is dust.
And today is n e w.
You remake me.
I'll remake y o u.

**** and kiss,
and tongue and *******.
This is fate,
with a little l u c k.
Love poems are life.
Mirza Lazim Mar 2018
What's the matter even if your hair turns grey,
or unjust wrinkles appear on your nice face?
No matter if your eyes crease and get blur,
just let your laughter and elegance remain the same

You presented the sun to me in your soft palms,
I saw how you tried to carry it despite its heat.
Your eyes became the holy book of my deeds,
now I try to fill its pages only with your bliss.

Keep me confidently, let me be used to bright life
and keep me in your smiles as long as you can.
Let us make the hardest out of sheer spite,
Let me fly, as future is blurry and the past is dark.

My death is a nonsense hereafter for me,
Even if it reaches now, will not hurt me at all
However how dishonest and envious the god must be
To conceal life in you but create you mortal?!

Aduring profane, Love,

Lite unto Thee,

Whose brightness details

Fathomless Heart,

Brilliance, dispelling

Bricks of illusion,

Walls of delusion,

A mind's cell,

Awakening One,

Adhering sacred, mundane,

Neither here nor there,

Am I?
