I pour myself into
your glass each night,
a toxic taste, I beg
for you to choke on.

You drain our bottle
dry, drinking desert
laps but still thirsting
for Pacific oceans.

Delving into firework
taste-buds, savouring
how we spill so easily in
nights drunken palms.

Telling me I'm cheap
stuff, liquid eyes that
keep you sober, but are
still a tempting sip.

Your sun stroked fingers
smooth my dusted galaxies
spoiling orbiting blues
with swipes of stardust.

You kiss meteors, murmur
how you savored snippets
of Jupiter's moons in the
spaces of a poetic eclipse.

Adorning Saturn's rings
in your nebulous tombs,
rekindling your smile with
flames of lovers past.

The memory is still buried
within my core, a pounding
resonance that evokes the bloom
of summers kiss on Earth.

A welcome release for the
nights wandering stars.

I looked for you...
I looked for you
In every flower
Or star
In every night club
Or bar.

I looked for you...
I looked for you
In every stranger
I'd kiss
In every old friend
I'd miss.

I looked for you...
I looked for you
In every hour
I waste
In every problem
I faced.

I looked for you...
I looked for you
In every bottle
Of beer
In every growing
Fear.

I looked for you...
I looked for you
In every cigarette
I smoked
In every moment
I joked.

I looked for you...
I looked for you
But what
I have found
Is much better
Than how it might sound.

I looked for you...
I looked for you,
You never appeared
And once I stopped looking
My mind got cleared.

I looked for you...*
I had to stop looking
To realise that
Myself was the one
I was desperate to find.

Pyar ke deep jalayenge hum,
Mil kar sath sabhi
Desh ki takat ko badhayenge hum,
Es desh ki mitti hamari hain,
Yahi par janam liya hain
yahi par mar jayenge hum,
Pyar ke deep jalayenge hum,

Mita ke nafrat logon me
phir se bhaichara layenge hum,
Auraton ka samman karenge
Use vishav me devi ka darja dilayenge hum,
Mil kar sath sabhi
pyar ke deep jalayenge hum,

Banenge hum besaharon ka sahara
Apne aap ko itna takatwar banayenge hum,
Na koi bada na koi chhota hoga es desh me,
Ese hi puri duniya ko batayenge hum,
mil kar sath sabhi
pyar ke deep jalayenge hum...

Tears

Why don't you just give up?*
I ask myself daily

Why don't you
Let the tears flow
And not care who sees

Why do you
Have to be strong
Every minute
Of every day

You are still a child.
When did it stop being okay
For children to cry?
Sorry, this is the second poem about tears

Loose thoughts
Time flies so fast,
When thoughts loose trace,
And suddenly I'm lost,
In a never ending trance.

Love.

You make me breakfast, and I’ll make you lunch;
Bring me a flower, and I’ll bring you a bunch.
Walk with me a step, and I’ll travel with you a mile;
Every time you laugh I fall in love with your smile.
Sail in my boat, and I’ll fly in your plane;
You’re like the sunshine that’s dries up my rain.
Write me a letter, and I’ll sing you a song;
We knew our love could never be wrong;
Give me a hug, and I’ll give you a kiss;
Each second I'm with you is nothing but bliss;
Make me a promise, and I’ll swear you an oath;
Give me your hands, and I’ll hold them both.

i am the right knee
that steps first
and hits gravel
embracing the brute pain
our world has acclimated us to
because they said injury is

inevitable

while you are the left
that although remains flawless
from lack of exposure
heals
slower
and is categorized with

the weak

                                             we belong to the same body
