A moment in time is
Subtle
and minute.

It is uncountable and unclear,
yet
it is powerful.

It exists at an intersection
of intimacy and fear.

And those who share it,
are aware of themselves,
and what a moment means.

It means
Everything.
Stop
Drop
And roll
This ***** is on fire, she's out of controll
Don't try to follow, you'll get lost in the flow
Like a rollercoaster she'll take you to the top
A hesitant stop
As you prepare for the drop
Then the ultimate  roll
As she drops you in the hole
Where only the darkness dares to go
What is her goal
Is it to steal your soul

Hell no
She just wants to show
What it's like
On the tip of the spike
What it is to live her life
She'll give you the rhythm
Of what she's been given
She'll give you the rhyme
Of a life lived out of time
She'll show you the holes
Within her soul
Where the monsters stole
What happens when only agony grows

Stop
Drop
And roll
It's the only way to go
When you've turned to stone
Because every cut is to the bone
In her mind only her demons roam
Everyday is a fright
Everyday is a fight
So hold on tight
It's a ride for your life
In the midst of nothing, you bring babies into life.
In the midst of sorrow, you bring out of me Joy.
In the midst of being broke, you give me wealth.
In the midst of pain, you give unto me healing.
For you are the Living Word, you speak life.
Into situations, people, and you give life to us all.
When we are feeling dead or empty inside ourselves.
We draw close to you repent and ask you for healing.
Then you begin speaking Life in to each of your people.
For you are the Living Word, whom speak life into us.

i tell ya brother
it's a blessing and a curse
sorting one and another
deciding who comes first

"he who is without sin"
let him cast the first stone
will the faith or doubt win?
of a soul that's left alone

i tell ya brother
it's a heaven and a hell
the fate that belongs to others
it belongs to you as well
He  stays  with  us  in  winter  storms
And  when  the  garden's  bleak
He  hops  around  in  sleet  and  hail
Appearing  pale  and  weak.

But  once  the  days  begin  to  lengthen
And  the  worst  of  winter's  gone
He  perches  high  up  in  a  tree
And  begins  his  joyful  song.

It's not about the number of poems
I make but about touching
hearts of those in need of
an invisible hand and
about
improving
the quality
of my touch...
So I'd rather
have one piece touch 1000 souls
than a 1000 pieces that won't
send out even a single ripple
to the million limpid hearts...
I'm all about squeezing a smile
out of those hardened by grief
subsequently finding self relief
