In a field of butterflies I dance and dream
I am soaring high on my imaginary wings
All my worries are cast away
My fears and failures can wait another day
All that is gold does not glitter,

Not all those who wander are lost;

The old that is strong does not wither,

Deep roots are not reached by the frost.

From the ashes a fire shall be woken,

A light from the shadows shall spring;

Renewed shall be blade that was broken,

The crownless again shall be king.
Be aware* of thy words

You could be a killer

Through the sharpness of your words,
You stabbed me.
It hurt so much knowing that it cut deep through.
Don't expect too much from me

'cause my days are numbered

'cause my lights are limited

In the end

You' ll gonna throw me

broken

Your thoughts echo in your actions
Each having their consequences
Positive actions disseminate gracefully
Creating a lasting bond with the soul
Pass on your thoughts to beautiful minds
Positive actions can build stronger bonds

Day Wing
It was never meant to break our spirits,
rather to prove we have beating hearts!
We mustn't succumb in the face of pain dear poets! Feeling pain is proof that we are alive! It proves that we have souls! It proves that we have beating hearts! :)
     Queen of my tub, I merrily sing,
While the white foam raises high,
And sturdily wash, and rinse, and wring,
And fasten the clothes to dry;
Then out in the free fresh air they swing,
Under the sunny sky.

I wish we could wash from our hearts and our souls
The stains of the week away,
And let water and air by their magic make
Ourselves as pure as they;
Then on the earth there would be indeed
A glorious washing day!

Along the path of a useful life
Will heart's-ease ever bloom;
The busy mind has no time to think
Of sorrow, or care, or gloom;
And anxious thoughts may be swept away
As we busily wield a broom.

I am glad a task to me is given
To labor at day by day;
For it brings me health, and strength, and hope,
And I cheerfully learn to say-
'Head, you may think; heart, you may feel;
But hand, you shall work always!'
