Missing you
It's like trying
to breathe under water
and tonight I'm sleeping
at the bottom of the ocean

you don't exist when
my eyes are open

my blood's not poisoned
when my soul's at peace
when my gut is full
and when I'm in company

So you exist most of the time
dear muse

Always move forward
And take the next step
Continue to live and grow
Just give it your best
Be willing to open your mind
Enrich, enlighten and enhance
Do better and be better
Empower yourself in order to advance

the girl in my poems
a foreign character

but now i live what i write
and i write what i live
and i make sure the world knows
who i truly
have become

Worries on hold
Time, feels timeless.
Anxiety is gone
when actions are mindless

Like coal in the flames
The people I love-
Give me the warm feeling
             I won't die out so soon.

And,
a piece of me still
Wishes u we're apart of that.

The water will rise,
let it.
The fire will burn,
fuel it.
The darkness will come,
light it.
My strength won't quit
so I fight on.
