In the sky roared like an eagle
the day give a gift of life
To others across the universe
When a gift is opened
The gift of life shine upon our heads.

Gift of life
Show confident in whichever I live
For what whispers would blow below
Clap, clap to the life of gift
My life is my gift.

Gift of life
To let the daylight run the east
Of which is by the love of god's gift
As I rise above mountains
Whether my gift is made of gift of life.

Dark Delusion
I can’t wake up from the dream.
No matter how much I try.
Even how much I scream.
I know I’m ready to die.

But the light frees me.
From the closed eyes.
Now I live to see.
The so beautiful sunrise.

one look from the window
- will make all days be right
when that beauty hits my mind
- my heart capitulates.

Tonight the fog settles
on the water reflecting

a dark mood, and the moon
is genuflecting to the blues

resting one knee on the cold
silent sea taking off his hat

as if to say *May I rise now
and take my leave and leave

you be, for tomorrow will
surely be a brighter day?

Mysidian Bard
And though she was blind
Her eyes shined with inner light
And love beyond words
I met a blind woman today and when she looked into my eyes I saw something incredibly profound that I still cannot explain. This haiku is my best attempt to put that feeling into words.

The Dedpoet
Between the horizons
The imprisoned night,
Fallen from the grace
Of the solitary star.

Over mountain tops
With a bridal cap,
All is transparent
In the Light.

The sun moves
The living Waters
Under glittering gushes
And a sparkle as it rests.

The naked light
In mother of pearl
Glazing the morning mist
In a feast of reflection.

Like a lovers reunion,
The eyes kiss all that
Is lit as sky falls
Under shade.

The living star
In a fugitive passion
Brightens the forms,
The sun sees no light.
I met the man by chance on that riverside town.

The only one around at the deserted strand
I asked him the shortest way out
after I had my fill of the river.

He told me about the fish market
where the fresh catches arrive every morn
and the place ten minutes farther north
where if I slowed down
could catch the magnificent spectacle
of the orange orb thirstily dipping in the river
and if I stayed back for the night
would surely go insane
when the moon sets the river on silver fire
but if I was really intent on leaving
a half hour's drive would get me the highway.

I was thinking of the amazing mathematical probability
of my traveling over three hours to see the river
and his traveling ten minutes on a bicycle
to fetch his son from school on that riverside town
for our once-a-lifetime meeting on the life's highway
and then having him a permanent visitor in my memory
at sunsets and moonrises over the river.

awakened
in the silence of the night
unable to return to sleep
i sat listening
as the stars taught me
unheard messages
delivered on a shimmering moonbeam
tho' i did not intellectually understand
i intuitively knew
what the starlight was saying
then sleep returned
and upon awakening
my intellect seems to have forgotten
the message
my heart now knows

there is always something
you can do, and succeed at."

-Stephen Hawking
Wisdom of the Day
Still water.
Like a mirror.
Reflections of wonder.
The colours of fall.
A single leaf drifts down.
Landing on
the quiet reflections.
On quiet pond.
I rest within.
And take in.
Wonder.
From the hand of God.
