my world falls apart with one word

as my world crumbles,
the Divine Lover whispers my name.
three words are spoken into my heart,
and my heart sings even as I walk through the death of love.

I've found far more solace in a German Chocolate Cake than any religion
I can think of to date ....

we are all stories
instead of paper and ink
we're of flesh and blood

My heart has been broken so many times that now it can't bear any happiness
Happiness seems like an alien to it
For it has always been familiar with sadness
And no matter how hard i try to explain it to my heart
It just doesn't seem to get what this 'joy' stuff is

I have tons of dreams
Some seem a bit far-fetched
Some scare me
Some i'm not sure if i will be able to fulfill
But that doesn't stop me from dreaming
In fact with every passing day my mumber of dreams just keep increasing
And of late it's become like this addictive drug i can't seem to survive without
For me now it's like this:-
A dream a day
Keeps my mind's death at bay

The whole turning world
'sgot a fix on it
You think it's just
Your town or providence
or country
But it's not
It's the whole planet
  
They tell us who to watch
And what to wear
And who to pay to see
Then tell us who to bet on
for an extra bag
of groceries
  
You can't fight it
When you try
There's hurt or die
So stay silent
Make friends
Move fast
