Let me say thank you
Thank you to all the cold faces
without a home to sleep in
To all the stray cats wandering dark alleys
empty of everything but our trash
Thank you  to a world that would rather
  be blind than compassionate
Thank you to all the intelligent, god fearing
men who refuse to give up on war
To all our children who will die out in the
battlefield just to keep grave diggers
    and empty promises in business
Thank you to a world that sees more value
  in profits than in lives
After all the earth is overpopulated and the
rich could never be too rich
Thank you for the illusion of freedom
Thank you for hiding slavery in plain sight
Thank you for throwing out more than
enough food to feed the hungry
Thank you for all the empty houses and
  overcrowded shelters
Thank you for this world full of ****...

Thank you...

Because out there somewhere, hiding in all
the cracks and crevices of all your filth
Beauty is hiding and it is not alone
Hope is planting its seeds and they are all
  trying to save you  children
And teach them a better way to live.
To take the blinders off their heads and let
them see you for the monster you truly
     are
A world gone mad with greed, a world that
has  replaced its hearts blood with cold
     steel and bank notes
Thank you to a world that is running out of
time while perpetuating the lie that
     everything will be fine
Thank you to the end we cannot know
Will there be money in the bank with no
   one to spend it
Or will there be poor people with beautiful
hearts and more than enough love to
     share

freaky angel
Sometimes we needed fantasy
To keep us going tru life's harsh reality
We needed to dream big dreams
To keep us awake
We needed affection to make us stronger
Keeping us real not fake..

When it comes to the point where you pick on others for no reason,
My friend,
You have a problem.
When you find  that you don't laugh unless someone is  hurt,
My friend,
You have a problem.
When you can't be funny unless you're making fun of people,
My friend,
You have a problem.
When the only time you feel good about yourself is when  you  bring someone else down,
My friend,
You have a problem.
Stop bullying.

don't tell me you love me
when less than two hours ago
you were reaching out for her
and don't ******* tell me
you love me only when
she's not in the picture

I've got countless thoughts.
I want so badly to express them.
But I can't.
Because I don't know how.

Creep
Since when does
Someone's looks
And physical and ****** appearance
Matter?

As long as your nice,
Understanding,
Basically have a beautiful soul
Now that's,
That's what matters most.
*cough cough*

"I just want to have ***", you said.
An unexpected non-sequitur.
We had been sipping tea or coffee or something.
We had been reminiscing about the old street,
Back when none of us were single.
"yeah, I miss it, too", I said.

"No.  I mean right now", you corrected.
As I turned to see your face, it betrayed little.
Impassive but alert.  Warm but not intimate.  No passion.
I was willing, but remember: this never happened to me.
Something seemed wrong about it,
But was there any harm?

I asked if I could think about it.
You thought about it, too, as we watched a movie.
Halfway through some Ridley Scott epic, we held each other.
We touch-explored and memory only tells me this is true:
With no further reason beyond the will to be,
I soon lay naked there with you.
It wasn't love but, then again,
This never happened.
Awkward, at first, we found our place,
Our touch and pull, our rhythm and pace.
"no kissing", you admonished, speaking only that.

Though I rest spent and full inside you,
That was your concern.
Too personal.
Too intimate.

We held each other for a while,  you left within the hour,
Saying, "this never happened", and my only thought,
My only answer to you,
Was a solemn confirmation,
That nothing could be more true.
I only saw a woman
In her motion and the way that she is made.

everyone's talking
about freedom of speech

as if it should come at no cost
like something you teach

it's never been that way
and it never will be

we need to be reminded
of what it means to be free.

faking it isn't
making it,
if you think you can take
a word or line,
And say "Mine"
though it wasn't yours
You were not ITS genesis,
in fact you are a neutered nemesis,
Of a creative being.

Ask if you may borrow,
If the answer is no,
Take your sorrow, and run to your own pool of creativity,
What? It has run dry?
Oh get your *** out into the world,
See the sights, hear the sounds put
your ear to the ground,
In the middle of a coffee shop
or how about a four way stop,
And intersect your introspection,
The self, get to know your limitations,
Flattery is not about thieving imitation.

If by some rule of mercy they say ”sure"

The O in Poetry stands  fo4 Ownership,
Unless you wrote it first, in this format,
It ain't you.

You don't have to believe,
In Karma, it is the great Equalizer.
So next time you see some one line(s)
Read them out loud a thousand times,
Before you add them to your prose or rhyme,
Leave the verse free in its original entirety.
This for you. In collaboration, though we did not talk about it, you might know who you are. As well Put police dog and Karma on a search

Creep
Know that,
If he were to ever hurt you
In anyway,
I will be there.

I will be there to hold you,
As you cry,
To bring you tubs of ice cream,
Studio ghibli movies,
*****,
And tissues.
To whisper to you
That he was an ******* anyways,
That you will always deserve better,
The best.

I will be there,
To mercilessly ****** him,
To slit his throat,
Let the blood flow out,
Let him experience your pain.

Just know that.
I'm always gonna be here,
To help bring justice to those who need it,
Because you guys deserve the best.
