South-by-Southwest
For the ice skater
It is better to have
little faith
on thick ice
Than great faith
on thin ice

You have nothing and everything
Hollowness and infinity
Renouncing the world
To find real world within
It is serene calm
Peace and quiet

Away from the possession
And the violence accompanying with it
The obsession of name
And deceit all the same
It is an illusion of pretty
Get ****** in
To never come back

Away from the life
There is soul calling
It is the presence
Of the divine
Breathe in
And find the strength
Living in.

Bake me a truth
Stuff it with lies
Ice it with **** ups
Sprinkle it with apologies
Serve it with an “oopsie”
And you’ve got an excuse

Born in pain
Driven by hunger
Smouldered by passion
Blinded by love
Swallowed by things
Devoured by fear,
Liberated by death

Born again in pain

Life can sometimes
Be the pits
But it’s the pits
That protect the seeds
That make
Things grow
Into the sweet and tender
Now I want peaches

Forgiveness
It is not simple
It cannot be given
So simply
Without the intent
The mind won't rest
Till the end
But forgiveness
Gives the freedom
To move on.

Forgiveness
Is freeing,
It is the peace,
It is so much more.
It is a step taken
To move ahead,
Leave behind
The history
In the past.

Forgiveness
It is the best gift
Given and received,
It can be the beginning,
it is the end of bitterness.
It is just like a necessity
To be a human
Who makes mistakes
live with harmony.

Forgiveness,
I give to thee free
To free me from the chains
Of the ill thoughts
I conceive in head
time to time, again and again
To not loathe the trust
I placed in you.

Forgiveness,
It is a process
To forgive myself
As I forgive you,
I give myself another chance
To believe the best
In you and in me.

Forgiveness,
Let's mend it.

in the land
of misfits

we speak
in code

travel on
waves in

the sky
asking

questions
that unsettle

the nature
of things

we close
our eyes

so they
can’t see us

but they
feel our

impact they
try to

understand us
define us

by the changes
we cause

We always strive
To unfurl the confusion
Making it a better place, one where we all thrive
Becoming compassionate survivors
