Back on the plane
Being rocked to sleep
One year old twins screaming
Causes a mother to weep

So many sounds
Taking off, touching down
People are sleeping
Snoring abound

Sneezing and coughing
A symphony in the sky
I try to remember
Why it is that I fly

I feel like a robot
Flying again
All alone
Never a friend

There's no place like home
Or so it's been said
I do love to travel
But I long for my bed

to me in a message....was meant to be shared...

"Heart of (the) heart's poetry is friendship,
a meshing of emotions across a pastel sky.
It's (the) ocean's heart throbbing out
waves of passion, raw sea weedy tendrils
yanking at our psyches and hearts."

What is it that holds the oceans back
or makes the flowers bloom
what is it that hangs with precision the sun
and makes it to chase the moon

What is it that makes us savor love
and makes our minds to dream
what gives a baby his first breath
and just the right air to breathe

What makes us long for something more
Contentment, a school boy's crush
We chase it around 'til we think it's cornered
But it always escapes in a rush

We're all searching for something deeper
Something beyond our mortal power
We won't find it in our vices
Or atop the Ivory Tower

I found the answers in eternal hope
And everything unseen
My treasures lie on the other side
This life is but a dream

In the inner labyrinths
when I  walk alone
a gazing benevolent  eye, I see,
the helix nebula of my origin
watching me, intently
beloved star, once a dazzling sun,
you refuse to go quietly
in to the night's ferocity
mother dear, in your core
undying love still burns
singing my favorite old lullaby.
Helix Nebula,
in the shape of a giant eye,
is a dying star  bigger in death than in life;
it's cosmic tantrum is spectacular....
Remains of a star it is, more like our sun..reminds me weakening  connection of umbilical chord..as time ticks away

isn't it odd
how we can know
human nature
well enough
to write poems
that move others
to tears
yet must hear
the words of others
to cry
alone

I stop counting my blessing
And start just being thankful
Of each passing day.

I may not be lucky in love
Or blessed with good things
Or great looks LIFE has to offer
But I am fortunate enough to live this LIFE
As good as I wanted it to be.
.A QUOTE.
We are still fortunate. Just me, being optimistic about my life, a start of my new aging life, another year of living a new age. Be thankful.

She lives for the mornings
when all is beginnings
She lives for the evenings
when all is endings

She slogs through her
days
dazed
and
numb
no words rhyme
no lover comes,
her morning songs are sung
in baptismal
daily showers,
her dreams are
strewn in patterns
on curtains
in warm night winds blowing,
she sings again when the
nightbirds
sing.

Her mornings are
hopeful
Her nights are
resolved
Her games are
played at noon.

If she looks you straight in the
eyes
you'll know too soon,
She knows everything about you.

Her words will
come when they are ready,
Her beginnings are short
Her endings are long
like the night

Lady of the morning
Lady of the night
I will be beside you
when you finally decide
to take flight.

Light and darkness
while in her day
she pretends
as
she moves along
in
her own way.

he who is a little ahead of his time
whose treasures of the words random
romanticism is in the blood, marrow,
his mood is as the autumn clouds

he who has lost his path within path
drowning with dreams, sunk you within dreams
again holds thousands of lost dreams
fly the colorful kites in the blue sky

he who hide within himself
**** in his naked poetry
In forms humorous,harmonic
as a portrait of the Vincent's starry night

he is a pilgrim who has lost himself within spirituality
holds everything with the love
who is for everybody so everybody is for him
But in fact there is nothing in all his

he who is simple straight as the waterfall
when in complex grew hard stone
who broke rules for building rules,
knows himself within the other life

whose words never be end
again he moves on and on
who laughs in the moonlight
again swept in pain without thinking any gain

who looks the life
as a grain of sand
and see the sign of love
in the footprint of a fossil

he who is a poet -

What ever happened to true romance?
Wining and dining, a kiss on the cheek
The dating game, the courtship dance

Those days are gone
At least for me
My dates are like chameleons
Colors change as need be

I still believe in love
Someone else out there must too
I just haven’t found him
Could he be you?

They don’t want what they say
They don’t say want they want
They play their games
They’re dating savants

I’m looking for love, could I be the only one?
Butterflies and goosebumps
And thousands of hugs

If true love exists, please let me know
I’m running out of faith
Should I just let the dream go?

Unreasonable
The notion
That a mindset
Is above it all

Uncomfortable
The erosion
Of our outdated
Unchallenged laws

We worship gods indeed
Simple is the beast
Eating mouse
Hidden behind
Green trees

In a forest
Of kingdoms
Of gods
**** sapiens rule
With iron fist and rods

Oh generation
Of emasculation
Go, go into the light
Embrace a world
Of satisfaction
Hidden in plain sight...

how we , most of us ,
break each other's hearts
take the day for granted
lie when truth would suffice

cry alone, most of us,
is it not a shame,
take our lives for granted
with no one there for us

try to shine the surfaces
when deep down flames
burn our own blasphemy
with no one else to blame.

I look at the sculptures in the sky
The beautiful white creations
Against the deep blue sky
With just a hint of red
As the sun sets over the ocean

I wish I could fly
Jump from cloud to cloud
Light as a feather I’d be
Not a care in the world
Until the dark comes
I’d close my eyes
And dream of the light
And the beauty of the sky

Oh, how I wish I could fly
