Anarchy

We can never
rewrite history
and the future
is impossible to pen.

When the present
bears only anarchy
in the darkened,
tainted hearts of men.
I have a Crown that waits
In glory up above
A diadem of diamonds
And other stones of love

My blood it is as rubies
My sweat deep blue sapphires
My tears are as a topaz
Peridot, turquoise.

There are Opals in my charity
Pearls in my patience
Beryls in my honesty
Fire agate in my faith

Emeralds in empathy
I run from greed & vice
Moonstone in great mercy
Chrystophase in Christ

All these stones, and many more
Will never fade, grow old
They will be set in Floral Designs
Bezels of purest gold.

I design my diadem
With care, tender and great
To gain these stones I must allow
For vagaries of fate
There is mention of a mansion
That will be an estate
But I look forward to that crown

TO CAST AT JESUS' FEET!

We are dancing
on the sea,
We are floating
on the moonlit waves
As sailor ships are
passing by
In the
midnight blue.
Wings of silver
tread, flying so
high above with you
As the enchanting
stars sail serenely by.
Do they know
where will we go?
Memories turn to
dust and shadows
underneath the
fading moon
Like an eternal dream...
I had a very magical dream last night...
In ancient meadows
of green velvet,
the gentle wind
whispers a melody
of lost love...

"On top of Old Pines,
all covered in
moonlit snow,
I lost my true lover,
For i was a bride no more"

-Sweetly singed the
maiden, voice of
nightingale echoes
down where the
blue river swiftly flows
Beneath starry skies
she sleeps, dreaming
of the ocean pearls
so deep.
As silver droplets of
the moon fall in
her golden hair
The night was dark,
faded shadows
of midnight blue.
For the moon
refuses to shine
upon me, where
the willow tree
weeps bitterly.
Can't you see
I'm lonely?
Oh Harvest Moon,
so high above
that broken diamond
necklace.
I wonder why you
keep away, leaving
me so lonely,
On lonely nights
when only the stars
shine brighter.
Oh please,shine on
upon me,
Do not hide,
Oh Harvest Moon...
