sunlight dancing in,
doing pirouettes on my sill,
i leave her trails of sugar
and she dances on still!!

warmth sauntering through,
lounging on the floor
and darting up the stairs
desperate for something more.

a breeze trickling through—
her hair a soft plume
of cold silver and blue,
just to match the moon.
i’m really happy rn and i’m playing with some personification so yeah enjoy

Today it rains
Just like yesterday and
I can't hear the rainfall
Through the closed windows
But I'll gaze through them
and wonder what
the fog might feel like
as it ghosts through my fingertips.

we battle demons
back to back,
both of us
protecting each other...

i haven’t seen
your face in so long,
that i would let them
**** us

to kiss you
i’m so alone

i brought my flowers
into the market square,
but when they all met the frost
they withered and turned bare.

i ran out of bread—
snow blocking my path home,
so i sold the last flower i had
and to god i must atone.
i just bought flowers for my garden and lugging them up the bath on a wheel barrow i felt like an old timey peasant it was so funny

I’m woven in your veins—
tracing circles on your lungs,
draping shameless over your brain.
all through your blood i am strung.

with blood red eyes you met mine,
shone blue from the water and the moon.
mine faded to a deep and dark wine
as we drank on the shore with the loons
again with stream of consciousness,,, also lowkey this is like two different poems but they kinda complemented eachother idk. i like playing with colors

i want to weave your weary words
into beautiful tapestries of light
and drape them on me.
mirroring the queen who dons her robes
idk string of consciousness poetry seems to be what i’m up to today

soft and silent as snow,
rain coating your temples roof.

how i worship
the sweat on your brow...

then you kissed me with a heat
to melt the whole **** world.
i love the concept of contradiction in poetry so yeah some hot/cold dynamics here
